The new crew in there does not do their job. I go every Friday and the old crew was AMAZING. Order was always ready on time. Food and drinks were great. The last three weeks have been the worst I’ve ever had from any Dunkin’ Donuts. How do you give out stale sandwiches and a peppermint mocha with no peppermint or mocha? I paid $7 for a regular coffee then. Don’t go here. Avoid it like the plague. Nobody is friendly and food sucks.

If you do drive-through, check your order, because they cannot handle getting even the most basic orders correct. If you go inside, good luck, because they will ignore you even if you are the only customer in line (just straight look at you and ignore you).

Carlos made my coffee, I ordered large, he filled it like a medium, when asked for additional coffee to fill the cup, he took my cup and filled it but when giving it back to me he slid it on the counter with an attitude and it spilled. I got a napkin to wipe the cup down. Management can see the video. I was there around 11:40AM on 11/30. I just politely asked for his name and left the store. Not from around here so I don’t have to worry about going back.

This was the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever been too in my career. The person who took my order either couldn’t understand what I was saying or just messed up my order three times. Not only that we were in there for 30 minutes with two other people in their, and all I got was a bacon egg and cheese bagel which she forgot. I also got Avocado Toast with Bacon, but she left off the bacon. The cherry on top was four people from corporate were in there and couldn’t care less about the poor service.

This Duncan is the worst Duncan that I think exists. They can never get your drink right. And they’re always out of something. I get the shaken espresso and never fails that they either don’t add enough sugar or they add too much milk. This time they added too much milk. I looked at the drink. I let her know that it was made wrong that it had too much milk and she argued with me about the fact that they made it exactly to the label but she went ahead and remade it after I showed her the picture that I posted below. Despite that, she still made it wrong. In fact, she compared it to the one she’d previously made and it was the same color. Which is more of a latte. The shaken espresso is good for people that like the taste of espresso and a strong drink. When you add too much milk, it dilutes it and it ruins the drink. I have to drive all the way out to the Rockville location to get my drink made properly because these people simply can’t do it and it’s always some kind of drama. This time the manager refused to make the drink again despite the picture showing that she made it wrong. And she refused to refund my money. I had to call corporate and have them refund my money. I also reported them to corporate. Hoping that maybe somebody can come down and figure out why this location is doing so poorly in regards to customer service and drink quality. Usual also. They’re always out of something. I just think it’s really poor management. Not everybody is built to own a company and whoever owns this one clearly is not managing it properly which reflects poorly upon the brand as a whole.

Quite possibly the worst Dunkin experience I have ever had. We got two of the same drink and one had no sweetness at all. When brought to their attention, we were told they made it right and refused to remake it, even though the two drinks tasted completely different. They were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed, however, they dealt with customers with attitude and rudeness which is unacceptable.

I ordered a coffee and a donut. They didnt have any hot food which is whatever. I pulled up to the window (i was the only car in the entire drive through) and sat for 5 minutes. I didnt pay or anything and when I finally pulled away, I looked back to see the employee sitting their on her phone next to the window.

I am only giving two stars because when this does get it right, my drinks are good. But they are usually always out of cold brew, iced coffee, cups and flavors etc. For a newer location they really should do better.
