A friend and I stopped in this morning for some bagel bites and I was impressed by the customer service! They were short staffed but you definitely couldn’t tell by the attitudes or food quality! And the store was very clean. We will definitely be back!

Insanely slow. Placed an online order for donuts and a refresher. The donuts weren’t what we ordered and my refresher ice was completely melted since I had been in the line waiting 18 minutes after telling them I had arrived.

I’m not at all happy with how a recent visit with this establishment went. My review is based off of that experience. My wife ordered her things through the mobile app, she used the coupon free drink with any purchase. She purchased the avocado toast and she has done this multiple times at multiple Dunkin’s and never had an issue. This time there was a problem with the toast and the drink. The toast wasn’t in fact toast it was a piece of cold bread with sour avocado and the smallest amount of bacon on it with no seasoning. Seeing the other Dunkin and how they prepare their avocado toast, it was a very different experience compared to that. My wife’s drink also was supposed to include the Cold foam and it did not make it into the drink. It is stated on the label on the cup it was added to the order. To top it all off when my wife contacted customer support (we were in a rush to get where we had to be) they offered 250 reward points which she declined and later they automatically added 500 points closing the matter. Now that’s the issue I have, I understand places make mistakes but I also expect them to own their mistakes l. 500 points is not enough points to even get another piece of avocado toast! It requires 800 points to purchase the avocado toast from their rewards menu. My wife purchased the toast and got the free drink not the other way around. I would like to be contacted personally and have this issue taken care of.

Service is especially terrible at this location. The girl tried to charge me for a cup of water and refused to give me a receipt. They are always out of most things. It seems they just do not want to be at work or work in general.

I have gone to this store 2 times and the staff has been horrible, The first time and the second, I went in and stood there for 10 to fifteen minutes and they look at me both times and never said a thing , so I left. Sad

This place saved me. A beacon of light when I was lost in the black abyss of torturously endless highway ahead of me. Drifting in and out of consciousness… drifting in and out of sanity. On the road at 10pm the previous night, 3 hour nap at 2am, right back on the road at 5. None of that sleep mattered. Time is a construct that controls man. There is no time on the road. Only imprisonment. Like falling in a dream… but then I saw it. The Dunkin Donuts at exit 307. Like a lost sailor to a lighthouse. I was drawn to it… a moth to a flame. Could this be real? Yes… I’m saved.

I will be giving a 1 star this review for the first time because of my bad experience here.
Their self ordering isn’t working, they are way too understaffed. Workers are stressed out and pissed off. If you know that Saturday mornings are your busiest, then why not plan ahead for it ???
my food came out okay but my drinks weren’t. I ordered for HOT latter and Macchiato not Iced. I am not telling them to fix that because I ain’t waiting another 30mins to get served.
I timed myself from when I ordered it was 9:27am I didn’t get my order till 9:50am
I understand it gets busy, but please plan ahead for this. Have a Cashier taking orders, a person making drinks, a person making food, a person taking drive thru and that person can help make drinks too, and a person maintaining the area that can also make drinks.

One of the slowest Dunkin’ I have ever been to. Even the sheriff got out of line the wait was so long. Unless you have some time on your hands, I would highly recommend a different location.

We stopped at this place on our trip to PA. Our gal was so sweet and welcoming. The name has slipped me now but she had blondish hair. Super kind! The coffee was awesome and the almond croissant was so delicious! The establishment was very clean. Thank you for such a nice experience on our travels. We will stop again!
