We ordered online, it wasn’t until we got there, that we were told they were completely put of all bagels and out of another drink that we ordered… No biggie, but the food was smashed up… Like balled up in someone’s hand, crumpled, and thrown in the bag. The sandwiches were smashed worse than the cheeseburgers you get from Macdonald’s (which I didn’t think was possible). The staff was also pretty rude (what do you want, why are you here, kinda rude) I get that it’s busy, but slamming a drink in front of me that I had to reorder because you were out of ingredients isn’t my fault. I don’t recommend this place.

If you go during a busy period you’re guaranteed to wait 15+ minutes for what is likely to be an order full of errors and burnt coffee. The staff seems on edge and isn’t very customer oriented. I gave them multiple chances and now I won’t be going back.

Coffee’s delicious, donuts have gone down hill since they all make them offsite. Breakfast Sandwiches taste weird and chemically. Life time DD lover of their coffee. Focus on what you do well and prove the breakfast food quality.

The donuts are awful- I wasn’t expecting much since they’re fast food, but they were so bad, I didn’t eat them. Also- PLEASEEEE try to figure out a way to give drive-thru app orders precedence over people waiting to order in the drive-thru. Waiting in the same line after I’ve already ordered is ridiculous.
