I love this Dunkin location. They are always so nice and have great customer service. I have never had a rude employee. They accommodate changes you may have and even give ideas. The drive thru line can get long, but then they get everybody through in a timely manner anyway. We are definitely regulars at this location.

If you have 45 minutes to spend standing in line for an online order or 45 minutes to sit in the drive thru then hell why not. If you don’t then don’t even attempt it. They are NOT worried about your order in any way.

I ordered online so that my order was ready when I arrived. When I arrived I heard 2 members of the staff taking about an order and the one gentleman told the lady that he would make the order when they arrived. I didn’t hear the name so I didn’t stand in the line to order. Instead I stood at the pickup section. The line to order was long and although the staff looked at me standing at the pick up area, no one acknowledged my presence. Finally after 10 minutes from the time I placed my order, seeing several people order and receive their orders, I asked the lady about my order. She asked my name and it was then that I realized the order they were saying they would not fill was mine.

You can only use the drive thru; but, don’t let that deter you from coming here. The staff is on the ball here. They are courteous and professional. They kept the line moving and never had any issues getting orders out.

i’m 6 months pregnant and was out in the heat and got very sick so i walked inside and my boyfriend went into the bathroom with me to help me and we were told if we didn’t leave they were calling the law on us. i had to leave and puke in the parking lot outside in 90° weather i looked insane crying and non stop throwing up cause i was over heating.

I had three hungry and tired kids after sports during a busy Saturday morning in the drive thru line. When I got to the drive thru window I realized I didn’t have my wallet! The woman working the window tried to help me with with paying through my phone (even though they were slammed) but when that didn’t work, they let me take my food and just asked that I come back and pay later. A restaurant doesn’t have to do that and entrust that a stranger will come back and pay. But they went above and beyond to help me out. 10/10 customer service!
