Very little concern for the customer experience at this store. In my most recent visit, when doing order pick up, there were several things missing from my order so I still had to ask for everything individually. Also I selected to add chipotle sauce to my breakfast sandwich and it came so thoroughly drenched in sauce it was inedible. There was a pool of sauce in the bag it came in and it was oozing out every side of the sandwich. It’s clear no thought was given to customer experience, they just slapped the sauce on to check the box, threw it in a bag, and moved on. That lack of care for quality control seems to be a consistent theme here.

Best Dunkin location around me that gets my drink right. 95% of the time my drink is made perfect and on time. I order mobile. I’ve only had like 2 times where my sandwich was burnt and hash browns still served like that where I complained. There are some mornings that my hashbrowns are missing or an order of munchkins. I have to always check the bag and taste my drink before I walk away. I have noticed some mornings specifically where my drink is slightly off depending who the staff is.

I’m just a little confused because this is like the sixth time that I’ve ordered Matcha from here and every single time it’s basically just a cup of milk and a sprinkle of Matcha like my drink is basically white with a tint of green and I’m really confused about this because is there like a recipe change or I’m just unsure because I’m paying for a Matcha there’s no option for me to add Matcha so I’m just a little confused as to why I keep receiving a cup of milk And a tinge of Matcha it’s very upsetting because I can pour a cup of milk at home and not waste seven dollars on a drink at Dunkin’ Donuts when they don’t train their drinks this is kind of frustrating and I would like someone to reach out because this is getting to be really out of hand and I’m going to attach pictures as well because this is not the first time this is literally like the six or seven time to the point where I’m gonna stop ordering from here even though it’s the closest Dunkin to me.

Ordered food from Dunkin’ Donuts and I am extremely disappointed. My husband brought Dunkin’ home for us, and every item was a letdown. The egg was discolored, the croissant was stale, and the hash browns tasted like they came straight from the freezer—they weren’t cooked all the way and had cold spots. On top of that, the phone number listed doesn’t even work, which is beyond frustrating. This experience was unacceptable—if I could leave zero stars, I would. I will be returning with my receipt to get a refund.

Woefully understaffed and always out of things. I had to wait in line for ten minutes because only one person was working on a Saturday afternoon. I got to the front to only be told they were out of both drinks. Not the first, second, or third time this has happened. Absolutely ridiculous for a store near a metro stop.

Served regular coffee instead of decaf. Was lied to. Previously regular customer will never return.
I came in and ordered a hot decaf coffee. I saw the employee pour coffee that wasn’t from the decaf pot. I asked “if this decaf” and he said “yes.” Half an hour later I had only drank have the cup and was shaking from the caffeine. I went back to ask and the employee couldn’t confirm if he had served me decaf and the supervisor tried to provide vague assurances.
I was a regular customer, but will never return to this location.

Love this new location. Awesome set up and new furniture. The on tap coffee looks dope. Staff here is really friendly and this place is kept spotless. Highly recommend this spot as it’s great for people watching as well. Very well lit

Flies everywhere all over the donuts. I didn’t realize until my child told me not to eat the donuts claiming they saw flies and when I walked past the donut shelves I saw many flies over the glazed donuts and they looked really dry. Worst Dunkin’ Donut place I’ve been to. I’ve seen so much better than this.

Location is consistently understaffed with slow service!
I came on a Sunday afternoon to pick up a mobile order of a cold brew coffee and a donut. The lone employee was in the back room for the first 15 minutes as I sat waiting, leaving the place completely unstaffed. Eventually 5 more people were standing around waiting to be helped.
I ended up waiting 25 minutes total because the employee forgot the donut I’d ordered. Only after being asked they told me were out of that kind and I chose a replacement.
The coffee and donut tasted fine, but service could be better!
Update 3/2025: things haven’t improved. My drink was 80% ice, as you can see. Can’t wait for PJ’s of New Orleans to open nearby and get some quality coffee within walking distance!
