I ordered a Whopper this morning with no mayo. When i got it it was no mayo but they also forgot to put ketchup and pickle on it. Which on the wrapper it was marked no mayo on one side but the other side (whopper with cheese) was marked no mayo no ketchup no pickle which makes me believe that i was given a old sandwhich that has been sitting there for a while because it tasted old and was barely warm. Also was waiting in drive thru for about 10 minutes at the window so I expected to have warm food but no my fries were also old, stale, an hard. So why was i waiting there for so long. It was not busy either. Definitely not worth $27 and I will not be getting stuff from here again because this seems to be a problem.

This Burger King was clean and orderly. The Chick King chicken sandwich is sadly gone, however. In its place, is a standard chicken patty which has decent flavor and can be highly customized with bacon and cheese, etc.

I will say it’s upsetting when you pay for food and don’t receive what you pay for, you receive food but not your order. So your suppose to drive this food 37 miles back to get your correct order, but she wants me to bring This food back in after it’s been in my car three towns over and in my house. Guess covid concerns don’t mean anything anymore. Just wow, sure she served it to someone. This is not a double king bacon burger with cheese yes bacon one side. 2nd this is not a impossible burger, it’s a real beef burger. Yes they got a plain with cheese whopper correct. So I paid over 15. Dollars to get one burger correct. All I can say is WOW ask me to bring food back You rip bag out of my hands, take back in restaurant change food in bag and pretty much throw food at me saying it is a impossible burger. Ya now after you changed my food it is. 2nd bag thrown at me. I would have rather paid for the one burger and received my money back. I’m sure these burgers aren’t safe to eat, after the attitudes. So I won’t be eating them and son said same he won’t eat them. Bun looks like it’s been rubbed on floor. I would FIRE this worker very disrespectful and rude. She will get your doors shut treating costumers the way she does.

Burger King in Shawano I’ve been there several times because I take my granddaughter and there is food and drinks that have been spilled and we go up to ask them to please clean it up and they say we’ll get to it when we get to it Even if it’s not even crowded anybody can slip and fall and get hurt. They need to listen to their customers that come in that are concerned about their children in the play area. Not a big fan of their food either The fish sandwich is the only thing I’ll eat there

Ordered 4 bacon egg and cheese biscuits in the app, pulled up, got my order and got back on the road. Imagine my Surprise when I reach in the bag and realize that they only gave me two biscuits and that they replaced the other two with telling me with croissants. I called and was told since I used the mobile app to complain there. So I did, they gave me a whole 500 points that doesn’t even replace one of the sandwiches.
If you don’t have the biscuits then say something. I’ve had other locations tell me that they didn’t have any and I got what they had and moved on. The fact that you did the old switcheroo without warning me is just bad customer service.

Rude service and they forgot our food 3x so they made us turn around to come get it instead of replacing it another day, let alone making up for their faults and the inconvenience. Besides finding some grey substance in my whopper bun. Only to hear FROM THE COOK that they havent cleaned the cooking items in “like months”!!!

This place deserves not even 1 star!!!! They Gave my 1 year old spicy chicken!! Chicken wraps were so damn cold I’m sure it wasn’t in the safe temp for eating. You guys are gonna kill someone. The place smells like a sewer is running though so I’m sure there’s a lot of cross contamination going on there. Honestly feel as though I deserve a refund. My kids and I better not end up with food poisoning. This place should be shut down. The workers obviously do not care and shouldn’t have control if someone gets sick or not. It’s truly not hard to ensure food is safe , clean and at the correct temperature ( as bacteria starts to grow ) I never stop at fast food for myself let alone my baby and kids and ofc the 1 time I do we are at high risk of food poisoning.
ALSO if they see you coming in with kids after 5 pm they will be sure to close the play area ( not like we want to be in there looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since 2001. )

Payed for food on the mobile app. Got there. No response of the drive thru. They shut the lights off. Called them they said theyre closed amd they won’t complete my order. Don’t go here. I spend almost $40 and get told I’m not getting it.
