They need to train their crew well especially when making coffee drinks. LATTE is DIFFERENT than CAPPUCCINO! I only go here for convenience, but now I’m starting to fo to other location if they can’t get their shit right. Everytime i ask for a LARGE LATTE and MENTION NO FOAM, they would say YES. Numerous times, they would hand me a drink that’s mostly foam, half of the cup. it’s like 50%foam and 50%milk and espresso… mind you i always ask for double shot. People are paying for large and extra fee and were getting mostly foam for a LATTE??? Dunkin is a huge competitor for STARBUCKS, if they want to gain regular and satisfied customers, they need to start training well. LATTE IS NOT 50 foam… for heaven’s sake. If i had enough time every 5:30 in the morning heading to work, i would’ve drove back in line and get inside… and complain. But i gave them too many chances… not gonna be returning. I know for a fact i’m not the only UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER in this location.

Your location likes to just replace sold out donuts if your prepaid mobile order is sold out. This has now happened three times. I dismissed it the first time bc it was 1/2 and you had free donuts. I got one donut out of six. The last two times, including today,you just replace it. I pick up my orders so there’s no excuse. Especially when I pay almost $12 for 6 donuts. You dont even try to come close. I will no longer patronize your lazy location. If I could give you zero stars I would. Do better. Just try.

came to this Dunkin’ Donuts location and noticed that one section of the store was still open. There were many kids and other people inside, behaving in a disruptive and disrespectful manner. I asked an employee whether the store was open, and the response I received was very rude, with a poor attitude.

The overall environment was chaotic, and it felt as though there was no management or supervision in place. This is not acceptable for a business open to the public.

I am requesting that the owner or management take responsibility and address this situation. This should not be allowed to continue, as it creates a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience for customers.

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to.
I went to the store tonight at 8:55 PM because my kids wanted Munchkins. When I placed my order, the employee told me they didn’t have any. I then asked for a donut, and she said they didn’t have anything. I could hear them laughing in the background while this was happening.

I tried going inside, but the doors were already locked. Both employees continued laughing and saying they didn’t have the items I requested, even though I could clearly see they did.

This location has messed up my orders several times in the past. I have already spoken to the manager, but nothing ever gets resolved.

Do not attempt to
Order anything sugar free, like a sugar free iced vanilla latte, they will put the regular pump. They simply didn’t care after I mentioned it twice at the drive thru to make sure they put the sugar free, then when I called to speak to the manager she simply disregarded the complaint. By looking at the previous reviews, seems like this is the norm to them. Dunkin’ Donuts has gone down in customer service. Starbucks here I come.

Ordered an iced coffee with modifications and got something completely different. I have acid reflux, so the drink made me feel horrible afterwards. Don’t think I want to come here again.

I stop by regularly in the mornings and for the second day in a row, they have given me regular coffee instead of decaf. DESPITE asking the cashier every time and them being adamant that it is decaf. For customers with medical and other conditions, this is unacceptable.

Today I pushed them to ask the person who made it and they confirmed it was not decaf and had to make a new one.

Clearly there needs to be better training for staff. Each time, there were different staff. Each time they were very adamant that it was decaf even though it was not. It’s a convenient location but not worth the headache to make sure your order is correct.
