Ask for a small plain coffee with nothing in it. They gave me a small with cream and sugar. I’m lactose intolerant and I’m pre-diabetic. Wanted to get my daughter a plain glaze doughnut. They gave me a plain doughnut. Yea I’m not coming back.

If I could give this location a star of zero I would. Please don’t go to this location. They take forever and if you use the app if something goes wrong they will tell you that they can’t do anything about it. I think they may also be racist. I have issues at this location constantly and have decided to not go to this location and may stop going to Dunkin altogether.

I live close so this was my go to dunkin. It was hit or miss if they would get my order right but last time I went, I got a chai latte that basically had a cake of vomit where the foam should be, the milk was probably bad and they still steamed it and served it anyway, I’m glad I caught it before I drank too much of it, still made me sick to know I drank some of that

So I was charged twice for bagels and when I told the employee he told me I couldn’t get a refund because his manager wasn’t here! If an employee makes a mistake I should be able to get a refund weather the manager is there are not. I would have to go all the way back another day just to get a refund. The employee even tried to offer me her own money! I’m not taking money from an employee! Don’t ever go to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts it’s very poorly managed.
