Another cute Dunkin Donuts shop I found on my way to Baltimore and Dc area few weeks ago. I bought Coffee and donuts as usual yummy. The location is awesome with lots of parking. Service is exceptional. Young ladies at the counter were very friendly and ready to help.

Im always in and out of the drive through. The staff is friendly..of course, everything isn’t perfect, but the good customer service and speed outweighs the little things. And my drink is always perfect, that’s the biggest thing for me!

Yashleigh (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) helped us through our first Dunkin experience and helped us pick out some ice creams, she was very patient despite our communication issues. While I enjoyed the non-dairy Jamoca chip and chose to go with a milkshake, I did ultimately end up regretting it because of how sweet it was.

I’m leaving this review in hopes someone sees it. If you have people ordering a bunch of food you need to have them park. I just spent over 10 minutes sitting and waiting for a coffee because the ONE person in front of me ordered a bunch of food. I couldn’t even get out of the line since there’s no room to go around. The employee did apologize for the wait but it didn’t help that my lid wasn’t on right causing it to spill everywhere and it’s cold! If you got me waiting for over 10 min why is my coffee sitting in the window with the cold air !?! I’ve been to this location before with no issue but I’m thinking with the other reviews about them being slow it may really help if they have large orders park and bring the food to them.

The staff is friendly and the service is fast, but my order is almost never correct. I like to get coffee before heading to work, and I consider this location my “last resort” Dunkin. It sucks because it’s so convenient, but I’ve been there twice this past week, and neither drink they made was correct.

They are always pretty quick with drinks, it should be noted however recently their dine in has been closed. They always make good drinks however and the staff is amazing good job!
