I know it gets busy in there sometimes but I am literally BEGGING the employees to PLEASE read the orders more thoroughly. I’d never had a problem with an order before, but ever since the change in staff, I’ve had orders made wrong quite a few times. It’s always a gamble whether or not I’ll get bacon on a sandwich when I always make sure to include it in my order, and recently, a friend of mine ordered an iced coffee and got a hot one instead.

Third time I got ice cold burnt snackin bacon, it’s never been warm. It’s like they make it hours ahead of time and let it sit out and still sell it. Last time I buy from this Dunkin’. Every other Dunkin I’ve been to this food item is hot or warm, never burnt, and the sugar is sticky from being melted. This Dunkin’ just doesn’t care enough.

Without a doubt the best Dunkin within 20 miles. The staff, while very busy, are courteous, friendly, and the BEST thing, unlike other Dunkin’s, I’ve never had disgusting coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup.

Literally just left without ordering because the young man insisted I place my order on the kiosk while the older woman took walk-in customers at the register. That isn’t quite how it works, is it?
You’ll still go here because it’s convenient and it’s Dunkin, but you really shouldn’t. Sometimes it’s more than a language barrier.

They are kind and very helpful at this location. It can be quite busy at times so I like to mobile order ahead for a smooth and quick pick up. I’ve ordered in the parking lot and walked right in to a prepared drink. The location is clean and I’ve never had any issue with anything. They do a great job here. Thank you so much for everything!

Horrible staff, and horrible coffee. There is a standard that all Dunkin’ Donuts have to go by and the people that work there don’t know it. I wanted a simple ice coffee with whipped cream. They gave me an ice coffee with loaded sugar and a quarter size of whip cream on top. Do not waste your money. The lady manger always has a bad attitude too.

I love dunkin, and ever since I tried another locations maple sugar snackin bacon it’s been great. However, this one location does not seem to follow the same standard. They use almost like a very basic dominos sugar they just pour over some dried out bacon. Please just make it normally dunkin.

I have no idea where all the negative reviews are coming from. This DD in particular has the best/hardest working staff and they make the best drinks. I have been to all others locally and I can tell you it’s not even a close comparison.
