Went their for lunch. Maybe about 2pm. Ordered a iced pistachio coffee, stuffed bagels and a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich. Service was excellent. Place was clean. Drinks and food were ready within 5 minutes . Very fast. Giving 5 stars because Im not sure what they could have improved on.

I came to get my coffee through the drive-through. After I paid, the employee told me to pick up my coffee by the side door. There was no one behind me, and since it’s a drive-through, that request didn’t make sense — but I still moved as asked. Unfortunately, there was a car blocking the side door, so I couldn’t move any further.
Then the employee came out and insulted me, saying I was blocking the way and even called me “stupid.” I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional that was. I’ve never seen such disrespectful behavior from customer service. Because of this, I and my family will never return to this store. I’m sharing this so management can address the issue and make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers.

On 10/11/25 my husband and I stopped for coffee. We ordered two iced coffees with extra caramel. We paid extra for caramel yet we had NO caramel. I hate spending $4 for a coffee that wasn’t hard to make and still not correct, what a waste.

I just paid almost $5 for a cup not full?! Super annoyed and pissed off this is why I make my own coffee, never again! I work next door at the school took me less than 10 mins to get to my class no whip cream, no caramel drizzle nothing!!! I could have just gotten a coffee and called it a day

Bacon, egg and cheese bagel was hot and flavorful, but microwaved. The bagel was chewy throughout, not crispy yet tender inside. How long does it take to toast a bagel when the order is placed in advance?

Very disappointed in this place used to love it there. Their service has went downhill. My husband went there to get me a frozen coffee and first they give him a wrong order of an iced coffee. Then he showed them receipt and said it was a frozen caramel coffee. And then They went to get the right order and still made it wrong. My husband did not know by looking at it. It was pure white not a drop of coffee in it. This was just a waste. And I so wanted one cuz I had surgery today and I was looking forward to it. Hope I can post a picture of it.

This dunkin seems to be doing a lot better as of recent. Usually I have to take my drinks back as something isn’t made right but its been pretty good lately. The mega oreo frappe is to die for.

So, the customer service is nice. However, the drinks are not good. I got a large iced matcha latte. And it’s brown and tastes like coffee was added to the drink, mixed with matcha, it’s a horrible taste. Or their matcha isn’t fresh. Any other Dunkin’ I’ve been too the matcha latte is bright and tasted fresh. This drink was horrible.

Terrible Service and Food Quality
I had a horrible experience. The bagel was rubbery, clearly old and microwaved instead of toasted. They got my order wrong, and when I pointed it out, they scraped off the original topping and just filled it with what I asked for—absolutely disgusting. I had to throw the food away right in front of them. Completely unacceptable.
