Absolutely disgusted by the lack of hygiene at this Dunkin’ Donuts inside Walmart. I saw one of the employees go into the Walmart restroom. I happened to be in there too, and to my absolute shock, this woman left the restroom without washing her hands and went straight back to handling food and drinks. This is beyond unacceptable! I’ve reported this to the Walmart General Manager and will be contacting the health department. Avoid this place if you care about your health.

VERY RUDE!!! If the customer says their coffee doesn’t taste right, then fix it. Instead of snatching the coffee. That establishment could care less about their customers. But, they love taking your money. Today was thee last day to buy anything from this location. They need to work on their English and customer service skills because they suck.

The Sourdough breakfast sandwich here is really good, coffee is so-so, that is, if you wait around. First time I came here, the man who works here had to first stop talking on the phone to take my order, then went back and finished his conversation before he actually started to make my order. Another time he took two other people’s orders after mine before bothering to start fixing mine. Today I waited patiently in line. The girl ahead of me had a pay app that wasn’t working so she went to get her card. The guy behind the counter just turned away, didn’t then take my order, didn’t even acknowledge me, just turned away yakking with his coworker. So rude! I left and won’t be back. Royal Farms is right across the street and their service is fast and friendly.

Ordered my iced matcha latte paid for almond milk and I saw him grab the whole milk carton thst was empty to the back room and not thinking it was for my latte and yup he put whole milk in there. It is my fault for not tasting it before hand but I was running late to work. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon!

Ever since the new evening guy came last week the coffee is HORRIBLE. I was a customer that came in 7 night a week and would spend over $10. The coffee sucks now taste very watered-down. I have taken my money to another location.

They said they had cinnamon sugar pretzels donu ordered one. I got to my office and realized they just sprinkled some cinnamon (no sugar) on top of a damp pretzel.

I have a landscaping crew at my house today so I went and picked up doughnuts and some for my family as well. I am currently recovering from weight loss surgery. I ordered a dozen assorted and half a dozen with one Boston and one glazed with the rest French curlers. They instead gave me two of each kind. I respectfully told them that wasn’t what I ordered and I got lectured by the gentleman who wasnt even helping me to begin with. Telling me that is all I can get then and no more French curlers and how they are going to start driving up the price all the while the woman who was helping me just sat back and mouthed sorry have a good day. Ummm what the heck? I am just getting what people ordered and getting lectured because they messed up order? He was standing there with this look of hate mixed with disappointment and was shaking his head at me like I did something wrong

Waited five minutes to order. Only one worker actually making coffee. To get a caramel macchiato iced, that was more milk than it was coffee, and it didn’t even taste like espresso it was the weakest coffee I’ve ever had. Highly dissatisfied. I probably will never go to that Dunkin again.

The only Dunkin to charge $.95 cent for extra liquid sugar. I buy Dunkin atleast 3 times a day and for the guy to charge me that at that location was Rediculious and wanted to tell me that all Dunkin donuts do it, and I know for a fact! That they don’t!!! Never will go back!
