Messed up my order, it looks disgusting. Rude staff, incompetent, had to repeat my order several times. The girl had an awful attitude. Worst Dunkin to go to. Instead of redoing the order they decided to play with my food and make it look nasty.

The customer service at this location is absolutely awful. I have gone to this location more times than I can count and out of all my visits there I am only able to say maybe 2 of them were a positive experience. I usually place my order on the app but there have been a few times I have ordered at the store, the greeting at the speaker 98% of the time seems like your burdening the employees by placing an order as a consumer. The employees are rude, hold conversations between eachother rather than addressing the customer, they always seem to be out of standard items (example: milk ), and they’re drive thru line always moves extremely slow. I take the things I’ve listed as inadequate managerial oversight, or lack of consideration for the consumers who are forced to interact with these individuals in order to spend their money to support this establishment. Due to the abnormally high volume of negative experiences with this location I can no longer in good conscience continue to support this stores business in the community.

this has been my go to Dunkin for the past couple of years and i’ve never had an issue with either the staff or my order until recently. I would strongly advised for others to visit another coffee shop or even McDonald’s that could possibly offer a better experience. Once i walked into the store i was immediately mean mugged by what looked like a shift supervisor or possibly even a manager. I decided to brush it off and place my order with the cashier and once i received my order i was immediately appalled by receiving the complete opposite of my order. I asked for my order to be remade but the supervisor made it seem like i just asked for the impossible. As i was waiting for my order i kept hearing a lady’s name from what i believe is the supervisor. This dunkin’ donuts is completely disappointing and awful not but my order but the staff. What a shame for the company to condone this type of behavior from a higher up.

I honestly had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. From the moment I walked in, it felt like everyone behind the counter had an attitude for no reason. Nobody greeted me, nobody made eye contact, and when I tried to ask a simple question, they acted irritated like I was bothering them.
The worst part? I asked to speak with the manager because the service was so unprofessional. The employees literally told me, “He’s here, we’ll call him,” and then suddenly switched up and said, “Actually, he’s not here.” I could HEAR them talking about it. So either the manager refused to come out, or someone was lying — both options are ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.
I left without even finishing my order because the whole environment felt disrespectful. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but the staff seriously needs training on customer service, honesty, and basic respect. I will not be coming back

First of all I hate peanut butter it makes me trow up get dizzy and sick u choosed a oreo icecream and when I ate it, i started to get dizzy when I look down at my icecream theres a little line of peanut butter on it. It might have been because the buckets are so close together

Xavier provided outstanding customer service today. Bathroom was semi-clean and the drinks and food were made fresh. Can’t ask for more!

I ordered a snackin bacon at around 12:30am on 2/11 and it is soooo burnt and un edible. How can you serve this to a customer knowing it was this burnt? Poor customer service. Also, wether you come during the day or night all the teen/young adult girls at this location always have an attitude.

Please fix your bathrooms. Ridiculous that both bathrooms are “out of order”. Came in to buy coffee and a donut but left did to lack of facilities.
