Extremely disappointed. I ordered a bagel sandwich and loaded hash browns from the Dunkin’ Donuts on Wisteria Drive in Germantown, and both were completely unacceptable. The bagel was burnt to a crisp, and the bacon in both the sandwich and the hash browns was undercooked. It’s frustrating to pay for food that’s not even cooked properly. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was just bad quality all around. This location really needs to pay more attention to food prep and consistency.

I got a coldbrew coffee, my daughter got a sandwich. I like their coffee, especially the cold brew. Many of their competitors seem to try to outdo each other on how much they can burn their coffee beans; I am not a fan of that. The booth was dirty, and the restroom wasn’t fully clean, this is kind of typical of a business that is this busy and doesn’t have enough staff to send one out to clean often enough. The bathroom had a combo lock, but they are free in giving the code to customers.

A good experience. Yummy and creamy ice cream. We got Gold Medal and World Class. I feel like I win Gold in Olympics 2024. Both flavors actually good the Gold Medal have Caramel on it which I like too, but I prefer the world class better, the chocolate on it is more tasty.
The store is clean, they have 5 tables and chairs inside and one umbrella table outside.
They have variety of flavors for Ice cream and good delights of cakes on their display. Hope I can try someday.
We came here weekday at it was not busy around afternoon.
They also have drive thru which easier to just order and go.

It’s 6 am and the line at the drive-thru is cranking. At least 10 cars in line.
I headed inside to get some donuts and coffee for the wonderful people in the medical office I am going to.
Place is clean, organized and ready for business. Took them a little to get to me, but that is okay, gives me time to review the selection of donuts to add to my box. Today’s order is a dozen donuts and a large iced coffee. Overall, in and out in under 7 minutes.
Coffee here is still the reasonable priced and the best tasting in my opinion. Donuts are always fresh and delicious.
My only issue with this location is the parking lot. Painted arrows tell you which lanes go in what direction, but not everyone follows that. So have your head on a swivel.

Very rude. Slow service didn’t even acknowledge me. Didn’t even say good morning and then I asked for the special. They said I have to download the app for the breakfast trio for potato sandwich and coffee for 6$ each. I ordered 3 but my price came out to 32$ and change I asked to see the bill and the women said she threw it in the garbage! First time in years at a Dunkin as in Canada we do not have this chain anymore but I needed coffee and breakfast fast to continue on my drive for another 6 hours. I could have eaten cheaper and better anywhere else and served faster wasted an hour of my life and money! There was another man who used the app got everything in about a 10 minute wait but his breakfast sandwich her got after 30 minutes wait. We including him were the first 2 customers and he ordered ahead and because of the workers there he was now late.

Just go somewhere else. This location is SOOO slow. It’s takes forever to get through any sort of line. I gave myself over 20 min at this location get a coffee. It was not enough time. This is the third time I’ve tried this location and you have to give yourself 30 min to get a single coffee drink. To me that’s unreasonable.

This place has gone unbelievably downhill since management changed. Their ice coffees are either thin and watery or completely acidic because they stopped brewing it correctly and just reuse whatever the normal coffee is, but with ice. Horrible and embarrassing.
Update: now they don’t even carry drink carries because they’re so cheap. Go to the one on Materny road instead.

Absolutely trash, 9/10 my order here is wrong, Everytime I get breakfast, I have to double check my order because it’s always wrong.
Today was especially frustrating. I ordered my usual breakfast with an extra large hot chocolate, only to find out after waiting around that their hot chocolate machine was broken. They didn’t tell me upfront, so I ended up wasting an extra 10 minutes waiting for something they couldn’t even make. On top of that, when I asked for a refund, they needed my card again instead of just processing it automatically. It made me late for work and basically ruined my morning.
This kind of service is just unacceptable. I won’t be coming back again but I will be returning later after work for my REFUND.

If you go to this location with the expectation that you’ll wait 20 minutes, your drink/food won’t be made correctly or you’ll receive poor customer service, it’s really not that bad.
