Usual dunkin donuts. I would say that employees should get use to wearing gloves to get the donuts. Or follow the company’s guidelines. I went there an afternoon and the main employee who served us wasnt wearing gloves albeit he did wear them after I requested it .

I really wanted to give this store many chances , but after multiple visits, I’m officially done.
The biggest issue is that they never seem to get the order right. Whether it’s a simple dozen or just a couple of specific breakfast specials, something is always missing or swapped for something I didn’t ask for. It’s a gamble every time you open the box.
However, the real dealbreaker is the customer service. The woman behind the counter is incredibly unprofessional. When I pointed out that my order was wrong today, there was no apology whatsoever. Instead of fixing it, she immediately started arguing with me, claiming I “didn’t understand” how to order or that I must have said something else.
It’s one thing to make a mistake—everyone has bad days—but to be gaslit and argued with as a paying customer is unacceptable. Save your money and your sanity; there are plenty of other donut shops in town that actually value their customers and know how to put the right order in the bag.

This dunkin is probably the most low effort, sloppy, and overall disappointing location I have been to. I order the same drink every time, and every time, it’s somehow always made differently. Do they not follow the same recipes? Today I was looking forward to having my first coffee after being snowed in for three days, and typically Dunkin is never my first choice but it’s the closest thing I had available. I ordered a caramel iced latte and literally received a cup of tan milk. It looked so unappetizing that I could not even bring myself to drink it. And I love coffee — that’s how bad it was. This is a consistent experience with each trip I’ve made here. Not only that, but the store just looks dirty in general. Super upsetting.

Honestly I would like to give a good review for a worker name Anna and a guy that works their other than that there 2 other employees they both have a really bad attitude and make the drinks disgusting. I go there every morning because that is the only breakfast/ coffee place near by to home and work. On top of that they didn’t give me my order correct there was missing items and I since I have to go to work I couldn’t go back. But this is not the first time that it has happen with those 2 women. I spend $40 today. I wish there was a manager to speak to but the lady that has the bad attitude says she’s the one to talk to. I’m not sure about that I hope the owners sees this and does something for their business.

I love coming to this location. They do a great job and they get my order right every time! How often can you say that about a restaurant? The coffee is wonderful and the sandwiches are made the way they are expected to be. I also want to thank staff members like Arron who work behind the counter and are endlessly helping to make customers like me as happy as can be! He is diligent and kind. He’s such a hard worker and I want everyone to say hello to Arron when they arrive to place their order or online! Keep up the great work everyone! Thanks for all you do for me each and every day!

I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and it was horrible, I waited for about 20 minutes before placing my order and it turned out horrible. It taste like sewage water. I will never visit this place ever again. I just poured my coffee out and just said it was a lost.

Extremely Unprofessional customer service from a young woman who works there every morning except for Sundays. I asked her a question about how to use a promo I got for a drink and she acted so rude towards me and my husband. In addition to that, we ordered our drinks and she gave us the a wrong drink. I ordered 50 munchkins and they gave me the wrong flavors. I went back and said don’t throw them away but I need chocolate. Even though I opened them up while out, she took them without saying a word (I don’t think she spoke English), put some back from my opened box for other customers, added a few chocolate but left all the ones at the bottom that I didn’t order, and gave me the container back. I tried telling the other employee that’s not right, but he shrugged his shoulders and didn’t want to get involved. Raises questions about other sanitary practices, and I still didn’t get the correct number of what I ordered. Broken ones unappealing. Pretty annoying for the price

Don’t use their curbside pickup service. No such service exists at this location!!!
Poor service at Dunkin’. I chose curbside pickup to stay with my baby, but after waiting a long time, no one brought my order. I went inside and found my food and drink just sitting there. When I asked about curbside service, they confirmed they offer it but said they were too busy to provide it at the time. They didn’t inform me that curbside wasn’t available, leaving me waiting outside unnecessarily.

The people in this restaurant, from the front counter through the management do not read and fulfill delivery orders correctly. Constant issues with quantity, wrong options (ie; bacon instead of sausage as ordered), wrong flavor coffee or drinks.
