The staff is usually very nice but the food & drinks lately have genuinely been inedible. ☹️ I’m not usually one to complain but I’ve literally thrown my past 3 orders in the trash. The coffee is usually missing something in it that you paid for & tastes terrible. The food is somehow always stale no matter the time of day you order & is covered in burnt black debris. The egg & cheese wake up wrap I got the other day was so hard & stale you could crack it like an egg shell & it disintegrated. I used to love this location because it’s close to my work & the drinks/food were good but I don’t see a point in going anymore. I hope they start improving the quality soon. Three stars is for the staff at the drive through, they are typically very pleasant & friendly.

Ordered and paid for avacado toast topped with bacon checked my order and politely asked for the bacon (that i paid for) to be added to it and got this in return checked it again once i pulled out or i would’ve given it right back and asked for a refund because literally what is this. I understand saturdays are busy but the customer service is horrible. Charlotte hall dunkin is way better.

couldnt make my order correctly because they were too lazy to grab the ticket. and mind you it took them 30 mins to even start my mobile order while i was sitting there the whole time. i figured id order mobile to make it w lil easier for them to get my order and still did not receive what i asked for nor got it in a timely manner. i alr told myself im not coming back to this joke of an establishment because that what it is including the people working inside too. corporate need to make some better decisions.

I get my Carmel Macchiotto almost every weekday. I think the owner/manager does a great job on hiring the best candidates. I get greetings from the team each visit and sometimes they already know what I want when I pull up in my car. I feel like they are my family and I appreciate the treatment I receive. It’s interesting to watch a new employee that is nervous and shy and after they are working a couple weeks I can see how much they have improved to “Outstanding”. The team that has been there for a long time, “Thank you so much”, you are the best in the State!

What happened to this location? When they first opened they were amazing, we would only go here. within the last year it’s declined significantly. I don’t know what the management is doing here, but it’s not ok to throw donuts in a bag. we even had to cook the hash browns more when we got home.

The were out of most if all donuts. I went in with a online order that they did get but still took money out of my bank account. When I got there they didn’t have my order and they had very few donuts I understand not being able to have 24 donuts for one person but two of us order online and they didn’t have both of them. Tho the lady who helped me was very nice but still I didn’t get a good differ in donuts because the other lady who also need 24 had child and they didnt have many they’d eat. I also didnt get my coffee because it would have take too long. They are one of the slowest ive been too. Get there about 30 mins earlier then you need to if you want coffee and dont expect them to have donuts.

This place has sadly gone WAY down hill. The past 6 or so times I have been there, only ONE TIME they got my order correct. I also ask for no meat protein on my wake-up wrap, but i ask for & pay for an extra “half egg”. Still comes out with only the one half of egg. Another time I got cheese in the wrap, that’s it. Another time I got ALL BACON, nothing else. My drink is a whole other story… Med DeCaf Iced Coffee with nothing else. I’ll end up with a cup full of ice so high that 3 sips and it’s gone. Another time, they added sugar, not only sugar, but EXTRA sugar. It’s like roulette when I place my order on what I’ll actually receive. Then there’s the one young lady who has the attitude. My friends and I have a running joke about this location on what/who we’ll get. It’s just pretty much sad at this point. It’s a great location, just not like it was when it first opened. The best DD location is Charlotte Hall. They are kind, but business. They are stocked up and they read your order back to you. There’s such a thing as taking pride in your work, no matter where you are, it speaks volumes. These people have either not been trained properly or they just don’t care.

This is likely the worst of the Dunkins in the county, the franchise as a whole has become pretty terrible in the last few years as much as I hate to say it. Upper management probably means well but y’all need to crackdown on the things that go on in your stores. Workers there such as one by the name of Elton and another from a while back named James to my knowledge would bring knives up into the store. They already have scissors and box cutters in the store so why do ya’ll need to bring knives up into a coffee shop? To shank a customer or a coworker or to play five finger fillet when you’re not busy? Personally if I saw either one of these people ever again I’d possibly call the police. Ms Maria Icaza would do well to make sure people aren’t like bringing knives into her workplace, truly she should just walk around the store with a metal detector wand on her checking workers for knives like she’s with the TSA.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The wait is absolutely insane. I was so excited to have one right down the street when I moved to leonardtown and I will purposely go to the one by my work in Charlotte hall for better service. Today I placed a drive through mobile order and I’ve been waiting in line for over 30 mins. Yes THIRTY MINUTES!!!!! Won’t let me pick it up inside bc I selected drive through. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never come here ever again.

Fast friendly service. Loved the hummus and roasted tomato toast! And the strawberry coconut refresher was just that- refreshing- not overly sweet. Loved it all.
