I’d give no stars in each category if I could. First, the coffee is weak and generally undrinkable. Second, your bagels were the only redeeming think in your store except they are 2/3 their original size. I ordered one today it appeared to have been frozen, it had the texture of styrofoam, the raisins were noticeable by their absence, and it was fresh if I had bought a week ago. Third, the front of the store and behind the counter is filthy. I don’t know how this place passes county/city inspection. Last, the store is so understaffed that the employees seem to not care about not being able to keep up with the orders.

DONT DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION! Ordered 6 items I can see 6 ITEMS in bold all over the bags. I got munchkins, 1 donut, 2 hashbrowns & 2 drinks! I got everything but the most important THE DRINKS!!! Now, I’ll admit idk if the driver stole it so I also gave her a bad review. But alert doordashers to look or have it all together!! So pissed it’s the only reason I ordered from there. Now me, nor my son have a drink. Thought about reordering it but my refund was 11.98 and it’s $12 or more for free delivery not even mentioning the tip!

Absolute loser of a company. I ordered two “Joe Boxes” online and sent an employee to pick it up. When he arrived he was informed they don’t have Joe Boxes at this location. Why have them as an option on the mobile app then? You would think they would automatically refund my money. Nah, that is too difficult. The chat app on their mobile app has been down for about a month now and nobody responds to emails. I tried calling and was left on hold for 15 minutes and then they hung up on me. 1 month later still no refund.

Not a place you can go sit, I always try to order ahead while I am driving there but my order is never ready. I always wait until they ask me who’s order I am waiting for, and when I say my name, they start working on it. I don’t really understand why, since the app tells you approximate time it will be ready, but it is never correct. Also, they always miss my food order and gives it to me completely separately.

We really had a great experience at this location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even took a pic of my daughter and I. The coffee was spot on and our breakfast sandwiches were great. I never was into coffee much but you can definitely tell the difference in pods at home versus their fresh coffee. Game changer for sure! I highly recommend this awesome location.

This particular store is hit or miss. Sometimes I get the correct thing and just as often I don’t. It seems people at this store really do not believe you when you say no cream or sugar. They like to add it anyway. But the swirl flavors already have sugar in them and I don’t like granuals or the texture of milk soooo yeah I can’t drink that. Anyway, hoping they actually read this and maybe stop making themselves do extra work no one asked for. If someone says ONLY the flavor pump, then only do that.

I usually order through the app and every single time they have to ask if I ordered doughnuts and they always forget my bottled beverage unless I ask for it. The food and drinks are good, no complaints there, but it’s pretty annoying having to tell them my order when I ordered ahead. I typically end up waiting for my food as well, it takes the same amount of time as ordering in person.

Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru intercom waiting for someone to answer us. Ordered 2 peppermint mochas. Got to the drive thru window, waited another 7 minutes for 2 drinks. They were not busy. The coffee cup felt very light and didn’t smell like peppermint. I opened the coffee cup to find it was filled up maybe a quarter of the way….. the coffee had creamer in it only. Not peppermint, no sugar. Will never come to this place again.
