I don’t even know where to start, to be fair I’m not a go out and buy coffee person most of this is far apart but tbh getting experiences like this almost every time is wild. I’ve been charged multiple different values for an iced coffee with almond milk, I’m not sure how it works but sometimes it’s not an additional charge others the almond milk is a dollar or so extra. Don’t get me started on consistency because like this review it’s gonna be all over the place. Is there so much sugar you feel it on your teeth? Maybe, or maybe I’m not gonna taste any sweetness at all. There was this one time I walked in and the manager, I presume tbh, was yelling at a woman complaining about not getting the correct drink to which he was yelling to just “taste it” “drink it” “have you even had it” like at the end of the day I feel like a refund and asking them to leave is not that hard to do. The staff I’ve gotten are always different don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone other than the boss twice. Maybe that plays into the consistency issue. Certain crew also have huge attitudes, after that woman got yelled at I asked for almond milk and got the biggest glare ever like I’m sorry I even asked??? The coffee also looked watered down I asked for almond milk not tap water. They really need to fix themselves.

Slow service, the guy at the register was inattentive, had to repeat my order multiple times and he still got it wrong. Coffee taste old even when it’s at 6am when it should be fresh. Was not good. You are better off going to Starbucks than here. This place needs new management

Food was good, but slow customer service. Lady who was working at the time; spent most of her time in the back. My wife and I did both an online order and in store purchase. My go to drink is normally a coolatta, she was attempting to telling this is how it’s served when I know it’s a frozen drink, both my coolatta and my wife’s iced drinks had an off taste to it.

The back of the store stinks from bugs and plumbing issues. The manager of the store could care less about the customers or the food – serving 2-3 day old donuts, finding cups in the trash to wash and reuse them, serving food that’s fallen on the floor, not washing hands and never using gloves. Eat there at your own risk. Employees who assist me are always respectful and helpful like the woman with the Hijab and the two African American teens who work there but the manager is never professional. Someone asking you to remake their hot chocolate because you didn’t make it correctly is no reason to throw a temper tantrum by throwing things from the table and yelling in front of customers. Also, if your coffee tastes off, it’s because extra water is added to the coffee to save store budget. Donuts are usually out of stock by 10am so don’t expect to be able to get a strawberry sprinkled donut after your lunch

August 14, 2023, at 6:30am. I had the worst experience at this location. The young guy working at the front didn’t greet us and looked like he didn’t care about the job. He also gave us poorly made coffees which tasted horrible and 95% milk. It tasted like old frozen food from the fridge and he also didn’t take our complaints seriously and tried to cover up his poorly made coffees and blame it on his female colleague. The attitude of the guy and failing to take ownership of his lousy made beverages really made us mad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

They’re so slow in the early morning. If I do mobile order 10 minutes prior to arriving I expect it to be ready when I walk in. They have one guy working at the counter making drinks, and another guy in the back just texting on his phone.

Dunkin’ Donuts located in Oakbrook is your typical donut shop in Herndon, but in a smaller scale. Located on the corner property in Oakgrove. Not an ideal location when you consider the Wawa across the street with had pumps. However, the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, breakfast made to order and donuts keeps a small contingency of customers happy. No waiting on line here to get your order. I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and a jelly donut, which surprisingly didn’t take long to receive after placing the order. The store was staffed with only the people at the time, but it was quick. Ideally, it attitude been nice if the staff was slightly friendly instead of indifferent. In any case, the did was good and I was glad to get out of the rain to purchase from this location.

If you’re looking for donuts, don’t come here! Got to this location at 9 o’clock in the morning, and they are literally completely sold out of all donuts. When I asked if they were going to make more, the employee said that they order their donuts and don’t make them on site, so there will be no more donuts for the rest of the day. Correct me if I’m wrong but if your name is Dunkin’ Donuts and your primary product is donuts, shouldn’t you have donuts to sell???!!

Donuts good as always but the lady that works there is too slow to work the morning rush alone, upper management needs to be there to help her out in the mornings until they find someone to help her. Problems like these are unexcusable and unacceptable

This place always have a weird taste on their coffee !! It looks like they don’t clean the pot right ??!! This is not the right taste of Dunkin coffee !! Will go to Ashburn place ! Big difference.
