Overall this location was pretty good. I hadn’t been to a Dunkin’ Donuts location in a while. Most the Dunkin’ spots are kiosks. They have breakfast items and wraps. I ordered an avocado toast with bacon and a chocolate crissant. My family ordered grilled cheese sandwiches. It was fast and we really didn’t have to talk to anyone because the we used the screen at the register to order.

What happened to DD? DD used to be great. Great coffee, great food, great service. Now it’s just trash. Perhaps DD focused completely on growing and opening more locations at the expense of quality. Use to be good but today employees give attitude. It’s not a good place , no communication. Not friendly hospitable environment for sure. Only cashier lady seems little better the other lady is rude. Food is ok.

I worked here for 9 monthes.. it’s not even a real job the turnover rate is well above 50 percent, multiple health violations, no one speaks English and overall an absolute miserable work envoirment. Manager is clueless go get a real job don’t consider working here patriot people.

Beyond Trash. No one in there knows what they are doing. Nothing is fresh – not the coffee. Not the baked goods. They overcharge you and don’t know what’s going on. A mess. Do not waste your money or time. Worst Dunkin in America hands down.
