I got a strawberry frosted doughnut with sprinkles and it was good but I actually bought 10 of them and I shared them with the office and had a super awkward office party and chatted around the water cooler about the weather. I asked bob and sue how the wife and kids r and sue said her husband beat her with a belt last night and bob said the wife choked on her meatballs and vomited on the dinner table. We definitely had a nice awkward office chat around the water cooler and enjoyed our doughnuts and coffee ! Our boss Phil came in and broke up the party early! He can be a prick sometimes! Anyway the doughnuts I got from here were BUSSIN and fresh as well. The whole office loved them and I will be returning for more in the future!!

Whoever owns this franchise establishment should retrain their employees about quality customer service. Most customers that walk inside of a store instead of a drive-through want to purchase from the case, not the window or in general want to see how their food is being handled. I purposely don’t order from Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through windows because, my personal opinion is the possibility of debris landing on the display of donuts near the window due to wind and high traffic passing by. Nevertheless, if a customer walks into your establishment to avoid the drive-thru and request donuts out of your case, they shouldn’t be told that they’re for display only And that I cannot purchase them.

3 stars because they are friendly and get the long line down quickly but this food is untouched. Not even a full piece of bacon for my wrap. Guess that’s what I get for $2.50

Amanda was not really nice. Also she didn’t use a napkin to put my donuts in the bag her hands were dirty. I saw she was cleaning and holding money in them before touching my donuts

If you want milk and sugar with no coffee this is the place to go. Every time I’ve been I’ve had to go back inside to ask for more coffee. For $15 for 2 coffees I expect someone to use their brain and actually put coffee in it. You have 10 people working in there at once and not one knows how to make a coffee. So frustrating and such a waste of money.

If you are in a RUSH. This is the place for you! They will move that line SO quickly! They are amazing with that ….
The only thing I didn’t give another star for is because … this is my “go to” place … but I never knew about the Dunkin app, and the points. The person at the window. The person on the microphone … always remember me and my order. They never once offered or told me about the app. But I always received the flyer for “hiring” … even though I’m a business Owner 🙂
I went here for a year straight without the app!
I emailed Corporate Dunkin on Instagram. They read it and never responded (not this Store’s fault) … Just a suggestion. If you notice a regular here, OFFER them the app and make sure to tell them to download it.
I know this holds the line especially in the morning but this keeps the REGULARS returning on a daily basis.
