The gentlemen who made my sausage egg and cheese on a croissants on 7/27/23 around 5ish did an amazing job. It was sooo delicious! Even though I shop in Dover I bypass their D&D to come to Symrna. I love the coffee and food better. Taste more fresh, coffee is less bitter etc.

So I did mobile order and granite I understand mornings can be rough because everybody’s trying to get their breakfast before going to work. I understand it’s busy you’re trying to get things done but my sandwich is not warm at all the cheese is not even melted as you can see in the picture it’s like they slapped it in for five seconds I know that oven didn’t beep to say it’s done it’s no way. This is not the first time that I’ve had a sandwich like this. It’s not like I can go back into the building and ask for my sandwich to be redone it’s gonna make me late for work so it’s an inconvenience now because my sandwich is pretty much cold and I can’t eat it before work.

Got 3 drinks. All came out totally wrong. Got a hot chai tea and they put ice in it. Got an ice coffee with no ice with cream liquid sugar caramel and sweet foam, only to receive a cup of plain cold coffee. You guys are buns and America should not be running on you guys.

I enjoy this Dunkin as much as the one near me in Middletown personally, my kiddo loves their specialty donuts, they make her day. But I just have to say how awesome the staff here is. When I was door dashing one day, I had 2 orders to pick up here, long story short, there were some issues with me not being able to reach the customers, and the staff here, especially the one lady was just so nice and helpful.

The register at the front of the store was not working so I had to order where you would usually pickup the food and there was some confusion. The crew was not communicating with each other and it took about 10 minutes before I could order my food. The coffee is always delicious and the food items were ok.
