A convenient spot next to the dealerships for a quick pick-me-up during a morning appointment. Small, but staffed with friendly folks. The food was fine and coffee to standard, though the other reviews may be a result of varying staff on duty. I may have lucked out. Definitely a smaller spot.

The inside was clean , wiped down, I didn’t see any trash, the worker was very patient and friendly! She did an amazing job! She welcomed me & She made sure she got my order done correctly as well as working her drive thru order I only saw her by herself ! My bacon I feel like could’ve been done more but my create your own wrap was still delicious!

I’ve been to this particular location a handful of times as I travel for work and this location is convenient on my way to one of my stops. Every time I have ordered I have received a lukewarm sandwich, bread not toasted, and cheese not even melted. The coffee is hit or miss; either really good or just tastes terrible. One cashier knew that the coffee tasted burnt and still served it to me. She admitted it was burnt after I told her I couldn’t drink it because of the bitterness. This last time I called customer service and was told I would be receiving a phone call from the manager in regards to my experiences. Of course – no phone call. Won’t be back here again. I’ll just drive another 10 minutes up the road to the next location.

Got a cold brew coffee on July 6th. The coffee tasted like plastic/chemicals. Nastiest coffee Ive ever had and will not return. Not sure what type of health hazard boundaries this crossed but please check your products.

Every morning around 5:30 AM I go through the drive-thru for my morning coffee. All of the employees and management are extremely professional, pleasant, and prompt. There are these two young ladies that normally work the window, that I have to give a special shout out to. I have never encountered anyone who is as constantly chipper and happy as these two young employees. No matter how bad my morning started, it’s instantly changed around and made better just by the smiles and service these girls and the rest of the team at Dunkin provide.
