Love going through their drive thru. They’re always fast and friendly. The line seems like it is long on the drive thru sometimes but goes really fast. They always remember my nickname so they already know what me and the dog are coming for.

This is the worst franchise chain. Not just this particular dunkin. I’ve tried 5 stores in the same geographic area and they are all out of one variety or the other of the refresher. It’s sick. It’s been happening for months. Had to let the world know. The owners are too comfortable. The workers, service and attention to detail proves it. Where is the nearest Starbucks?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I usually get my coffee here in the morning before work/school since it’s local to me but lately they have been having such bad attitudes when ordering. Last week, I ordered 2 coffees with the same amount of sugar and cream..the female employee at the drive thru gave me 2 hot chocolates instead and I told her that the order was incorrect. She then said yelled that if I was going to order something else that I had to have ordered before pulling up to the window. Im guessing she didn’t understand that she was the one who messed up my order. I let it go and recently went again this past Wednesday. I ordered a small iced coffee with a donut and kindly asked her to repeat the order to make sure it was correct. It was incorrect and said a completely different coffee order ? I corrected her and she harshly told me to pull up to the next window and when I pulled up she said “You need to speak louder” and rolled her eyes at me. That was my last time going to that dunkin.

I went to this location this morning as I do about 3-4 days per week. I usually get the same order but today I decided to try stuffed bagels for the first time! After ordering the bagels, I noticed that there was an option for plain or everything, so when I arrived to the window I simply asked “is it everything bagel”. The female employee immediately became defensive and said that I ordered plain and that “it was my fault”. So unnecessary and uncalled for. I cancelled my order and I was then humiliated and insulted. I went inside to speak to the owner who wanted to just give me a free order, which I declined. I’ve been to this location regularly and I’ve several times that the employees are jovial and warm with white patrons but very cold and aloof towards black customers. I was even told by a colleague to not go to this specific location for that specific reason. Today, this place made me regret every penny I’ve ever spent here. I have called corporate and will contact whoever necessary to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They have lost a good customer!

I love this store! My family moved to New Castle in November last year and for the first 5 months I still went to my old Dunkin in Boothwyn, PA but with gas prices being outrageous, I tried the one next to Wawa on Rt. 13 but my coffee never tasted right so then I decided to try this location and I just love it. The employees are so so so friendly! My coffee is always made just how I like it from my first visit! Never a disappointment. They now officially know me lol. My husband went in to order a week or so ago because the app wasn’t letting me add funds and when he was stating my order, they asked ‘for Colleen?’ I love it. I’ve noticed a lot of Dunkins are generally nicest to their regulars but not new customers but never experienced that here. They were wonderful from the get go. And today the woman who is usually in the drive thru saw me and said Hi Colleen! I like that color (my lipstick). I would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend

So I go here to order a dozen donuts and coffee they take about 5 minutes after I arrive to the window after ordering to get me my things and then they send me off without my coffee okay I’m rushing for work so I don’t realize it right off because once he says thank you gives me my change have a good day I pull off only to realize he didn’t give me my coffee and of course I can’t get back into the line and to work on time so this is the second time this week I’ve left there without my coffee even after telling him you didn’t give me my coffee but the coming back and telling me thank you have a nice day and giving me my change throws me all off and again I leave without my $4 coffee I paid for. Absolutely my fault for leaving but I’m totally disgusted that the practice is not to give me all of my things before you give me my money and my change or hand me my stuff with my money at the same time I’m just trying to be polite and get out of the way so the next person can get their stuff. I’m lol but it’s not funny.

Such a slow place to get a coffee from. Should never take 20+ minutes for just a coffee in drive thru. Too many options for people to umm over and wastes everyones time. Prices go up all the time too. Increased wait times and price don’t add up.
