Went there on Saturday morning…..out of hot decaf coffee, out of creamers and out of carriers….My heart goes out to the workers of this establishment. Who is running this place? Not to mention the service station is filthy dirty. I apologize to the staff for this awful review I know this isn’t your fault. In addition, all this happened before 9 am.

I was surprised to see all of the negative reviews on here. I drive past this Dunkin’ every day on my hour-long commute to work, and I was in and out of the drive-thru in less than five minutes, AND the employee even apologized for the long wait (even though it wasn’t long at all)! Very friendly staff and quick service. I will definitely stop again!

Did not have half of what I ordered and I did an order on the go. When I asked to get the price taken off they said they don’t do that, that I had to look in the app. They also didn’t have the order ready even though it was put in 5 minutes before I got there. When I did get the drinks they were not even mixed and without flavor.

Employees are extremely rude and lazy. It was still 30 minutes before closing and I was told that there ovens are closed for cleaning. The girl who took my order said they can’t make anything at the moment because of that all the while giggling.

Dunkin needs to become more consistent. The drinks are almost never taste the same, and you never know if you’re getting a fresh donut that day or not… Take lessons from McD’s.. Their food is the exact same in every store anywhere in the US…

All I can say is, it depends on which location that you go to. The one located @cabel/ bass pro shop, is thee best. Great service, great coffee and a great price. They get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s. The location in oley pa gets the same. It all depends on who the franchise owner is.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I travel all across this great country of ours. I frequent DD at least 4 to 5 times a week. Stay away from this location. Store is open but they will not unlock the doors for guest to eat inside. When questioned about why the door was locked I was told to mind my f’ing businesss and they didn’t have to unlock the doors. I have never been so disrespected by a business. If this is how this location runs their business I am truly disappointed that the corporate office would let this type of behavior continue. I’ve read the other reviews and I can say this is not the first time they have exhibited this type of behavior. I will not return to this location again. I would never treat one of my customers like this considering they pay my paycheck. Shame on you and the team of employees that work here.
