I want a new Dunkin donuts the other day was literally the only person in there stood there for about waiting order toy person came up and told me I had to use the kiosk. They screwed up my iced coffee royally. If I want to use an app I’ll download it. Till then I would appreciate if someone would actually do their job. And FYI v Norristown Dunkin donuts has more business less help and better service with a cashier.

I’m honestly amazed how consistent they are at getting my order wrong. Everytime I come to this specific Dunkin, I’ll order a hot coffee with only sugar. They somehow manage to get that order wrong nearly everytime. It’s literally just coffee and sugar but for some reason they act like I just ordered the most complex mixture of milks and chocolates and then they proceed to hand me the most bizarre concoction. It’s more work for them to get my order wrong.

I ordered tater tots with my breakfast sandwich and it came with only 2.5 when it should’ve had 6 pieces…. So disappointed in the consistency. The sandwiches were burnt as well.

This is by far the most unprofessional Dunkin donuts I have ever went into I literally ordered a coffee and a sandwich there was three females and a child about 4 to 5 years old running in the back which didn’t make sense to me and only one female with a gray Dunkin shirt was helping me and than another female that came over to me on her cell phone talking while trying to put my food in the bag and a pregnant employee dunking her donut in her coffee while watching everything I will never return to this dunkin EVER

Went in for coffee and to use the app that states any size hot coffee would be $1. I scanned the app and the lady stated it’s $2.80. I showed her the app that clearly reads $1. I scanned the app again, and She yelled loudly at me “NO” it’s $2.80. There were other customers in line which was embarrassing. Worst experience ever!!! To Starbucks across the street that have nicer, kinder employees who don’t yell at their customers.
