This is my favorite Dunkin. They always are so friendly and make my coffee perfect. Mina is such a delightful man and I always enjoy talking to him. I especially like his special hot chocolate espresso mixture. 10/10

Please change your oil and make better sandwiches! Saving pennies will make you loose thousands. We order hash browns which were so bad because we could tell they have been made in bad oil by the bad taste of it. Then the egg and cheese was overcooked and not edible, we had to throw everything, wasting our money. I never review chains but this was really bad and i hope they improve.

Well, my latte was okay, but my food was cold.

Anytime I go to a Dunkin I’m reminded why I choose Wawa.

The staff were not welcoming and my order was done improperly. I had ordered the Shakin Espresso with less ice so the espresso would have melted the ice itself and made it less cold. When I had seen the staff member make it I asked for even less ice but the group began to bicker. One coworker mentioned that the amount was essentially fine and I didn’t feel comfortable still asking for less. I felt pressured that I couldn’t have just asked for less and didn’t feel taken care of.

I visited this location today and ordered a medium hot vanilla latte with 2% milk. They took my order, I paid and they knowingly made my latte with skim milk (GROSS). They should have told me, the paying customer, they didn’t have 2% milk. Then ai could’ve order something else…In my opinion, this wasn’t good customer service so I will NOT be returning.

I am very fond of Mina since we both are Egyptian, and it was cool to bond over that for a moment. He is a very kind man and also makes my refresher very well along other staff. Though sometimes when Mina isn’t there for the day and other staff are there, I get my drink and notice that it tastes a little odd??? But it’s never concerning, and it doesn’t matter too much I still appreciate them and their efforts because at the end of the day these are people. One random time, they accidentally gave me a refresher with sparkling water and honestly it wasn’t that bad I wouldn’t mind ordering it again. Anyhow good drinks, good people, chill atmosphere. Thank you, Dunkin.

Very disorganized and slow. I ordered on the touch screen and it took about 11mins for me to receive two donuts from the case, all after having repeated twice to the lady behind the counter about my order
