thw place was very dirty. The service was horrible. We kept talking on what we want, and all the man said to us is that all is that all is that all and anything else anything else anything else very rudely I asked for a chocolate doughnut and a strawberry doughnut they gave me my strawberry doughnut, and the icing was all melted. They didn’t have a chocolate doughnut, but instead of saying that they gave me a glazed doughnut with sprinkles if they would’ve said, we don’t have chocolate I would’ve gotten another strawberry glazed doughnut, with sprinkles was very soggy and disgusting. My refresher tasted like two separate things not a syrup and a water mixed together. In my opinion the sunken should be knocked down and someone should build a Starbucks. Thank you.

Customer service has really gone downhill. Went there at 6:40pm tonight and even though they don’t close until 7, they refused to serve me so they could clean. They also mess up my drink orders a lot. Time to find another go to coffee spot.

This place is trash!i already had a problem with The Drive thru woman not giving back your change until you ask for it. I let it slide a few times. But then found this in my coffee today. I almost ate it! I was hoping it was a filter of some kind but it seems to be some kind of food. I don’t understand how this could end up in my cup!

I agree with all the other negative reviews. I never write reviews but they need to replace the woman at the drive-thru window who is rude, makes you step out of your car to get your order and the order is not even right. Between Starbucks and DD, customer experience is like night and day.

In door dining is not welcoming. Staff not friendly with the exception of the tall young lady. A guy just stand there rudely stares at customers. Weird. Place looks clean though which is good.
