This Dunkin location in Sharon Hill has good Dunkin food but the customer service is bad. When trying to get a staff members attention giving out an order in the inside pick up line. She tells me to wait a minute, then noone helps me out for awhile. While the only item I’ve ordered was a iced coffee that was sitting on the counter as soon as I walked in. I still didn’t get no help for a while. So I just grabbed the Ice Coffee and confirmed my name on the cup and I just left. I rather go to a different location to deal with better customer service.

I gave this place two chances I went in the one time asked to use the bathroom and was told I was not allowed to use the bathroom even if I was a customer so I chose not to go in; then I gave them another shot. Pre-ordered my coffee walked in 10 minutes later, still did not have my coffee they were only really concerned about drive-through waited around another five minutes.still no coffee. Told them I had to leave. Still no coffee. Came back 25 minutes later my coffee still was not made. This place is horrible.

The woman over the drive thru intercom was having a side conversation while taking my order. I repeated my order multiple times and she still got the entire order wrong! Then I get to the pickup window and the woman argues me down about me ordering a berry burst when I said peach sunshine 4 times!!! After making the correct drink she hands it to me and says this is not what you ordered and rolled her eyes! If it wasn’t for the fact that my daughter said let it go she would’ve had that drink thrown in her face! Every employee at 1100 Chester pike in Sharon hill is disrespectful and whoever owns this location should hire all new staff members asap!

Poor establishment, its 6:00 PM , the hours show as 8PM. i wanted to get a quick pick me up coffee since i work on the road all day. & at the speaker they asked what i wanted, all i asked for was a iced coffee. I kid you not they told me they were closed even though they just asked me “how can i help you” i guess making a small iced coffee was to much of a effort so they have to resort to “we are closed” after they hear your order. Lmao unbelievable.

So it’s 608 and Dunkin’ donuts opens at 6:00. They are serving the drive-thru people but the lobby is still closed. How is that fair? Because I don’t have a car I get penalized? The workers are rude, they can’t speak English, and they get annoyed when you come up to the counter to order. Oh sure needs to come in because they’re bathroom has been shut down for 6 months they don’t know people use the bathroom. how you going to own a business and not fix your bathroom for 6 months? THEY SHOULD GO BACK TO THEIR OWN COUNTRY IF THEY’RE GOING TO BE IGNORANT AND RUDE

Service was horrible. Man taking order was rude and inpatient. When receiving food no utensils given and when ask for was ignored. Lady standing near was rude when asked again. Got smart and cursed at customers.

I cannot stress the negative impact this store has left me.
A total waste of your time and money. The service girls are literally clueless with giving any reasonable amount of “good” service.
I made my order clear and well known at the speaker, yet I still had to explain it “to them” SIX MORE TIMES..” AND…yet they still got it wrong, oh so very wrong and the worst part is ..there was only 2 items!
No special orders.. nothing over the top… just a Train wreck of an experience.
Whomever though these girls could be left in charge of a food business and assumed to make responsible and cognitive decisions was clearly mistaken.
I seen and heard all the confusion in that kitchen through the drive-thru window I was tempted to just drive off, but I exclaimed…REPEATEDLY…”if you don’t know how to make my order…just give me a ice coffee..”
They finally said “NO… we can do it”
Um..how hard is it to make a ice latté and a breakfast sandwich(which was barely cooked,Like cold and UNTOASTED?…now come on Really!?
Apparently…waaay too difficult for that bunch.
I’m done with this place..
