Good evening Google Family. I visited this location for the first time today. I ordered a hot chocolate without the whipped cream. My total was $3.17. The young lady Dunkin associate did not smile and was not pleasant at all. Being pleasant and smiling can be a deal breaker. I have prayed for her as I am hoping that she is ok. There were other young ladies waiting at the tables that were available there. Have a good night, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!!

Why does this happen every single time I ask for less ice, yet the cup is still filled all the way with ice?? Is it really that difficult to follow a simple request, or is it just ignored? Unorganized, slow, friendly staff, but very incompetent. From will not be getting donuts from this location they don’t even provide bags so you can carry multiple dozens of donuts. They didn’t even care that it was not manageable to carry it all.

Absolutely shameful. This has got to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I ordered hashbrowns and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant but they were both burnt like charcoal and hard as a rock. Instead of remaking them like a normal and honest human being, the clown at the drive-thru wrapped it up and handed me the bag. How can you treat paying customers like garbage, this location is dishonest and lazy.

I used to buy coffee here regularly, sometimes 2–3 times a day. I always kindly asked for less caramel or less sugar, but unfortunately, my preferences were rarely respected. Today was the final straw. I asked for just two pumps of caramel, but instead of remaking the drink, they took it away and clearly gave me back the same coffee — as if I wouldn’t notice. It feels disrespectful and dishonest. I’m very disappointed, and sadly, I won’t be coming back. Poor customer service and a lack of care ruined both my drink and my mood.

I ordered extra large coffee with hazelnut. They gave me a watered down coffee without hazelnut. Did you know they dilute your coffee with hot water so they can make more cups out of one pot? Cheap Dunkin donut location. I will never go there again. This is a known fact with some Dunkin’ Donuts. Diluting your coffee with hot water

Customer service is very poor. When I got one less donut in the dozen donuts I ordered ,and when I came back he was not admitting his mistake and started yelling by saying it’s 12 but there was clearly 11. The managers need to pay attention to their employees there. We would always get donuts front there.
