The inconsistencies of this location are astounding. Just because you order ahead doesn’t mean your food will be ready or if it is it could be cold. There’s a 50% chance you’ll get a straw and the right drink. Figure out what days the manager is in if you want quality service. The rudeness of the employees angers anyone with experience working a drive threw.

The few times I came here I was given sour iced coffee, extremely watered down iced “coffee”, dried out hash browns, and sour coffee coolata. Went through the drive through and sat there for 7 minutes. So I parked and went and inside and the manager and workers didn’t even look at me. There was 2 more customers sitting inside the store waiting who said they were there for 20 minutes. Please hire more people or just close the store down. You wasted so many people’s times today it’s ridiculous and train your employees as well as mangers there is no way customers shouldn’t have 1 word said to them sitting in a store for 10 minutes

I feel bad for the owners having to throw away multiple items because customers are getting the wrong orders. On top of food waste having to give refunds and throw food away. The funny part i was the only customer inside so its not like it was busy. Atleast they made the coffee right. I paid for that..silver lining was it saved me from eating bs food. Ill grab some sushi later
