Mobile ordered, they didn’t have anything ready, gave me the wrong sandwich and forgot my donut. Had to go inside and they didn’t offer an apology or even throw in something small like an extra donut for the inconvenience. The drink mainly tasted like sparkling water which isn’t typical if what I normally order. Will not be back to this location.

I submitted a mobile order ahead of time only to pull up and they told me that their oven was not working and they had no hot chocolate with no way to refund my order. After a couple back and forth, he told me to ask for a refund on the app, but he never was able to figure out exactly how to do that. So I asked how I was getting my money back and they had no idea. I finally suggested getting a gift card and they gave me that, after about 20 minutes of back and forth. I would not recommend this branch to anyone with no problem solving skills or properly working equipment.

The small little female employee was super rude, she cant count or get your order correct. Lets talk about the large bottle of bug spray on the counter with the handle hanging and dripping ugh so delicious sike!

Miserable and unhappy people. The girl working here should find work that doesn’t require interacting with the general public. Tables were filthy. Room was cold. Wawa is close by. We will go there next time.

Service is always slow at the John Fries Highway location but today is the worst service we have ever received. We have been in the drive-through. Started with one car at the window in front of us. We waited for 5 min before anyone took our order. After a 15 min wait we were told they are starting to brew my decaf. What??!! They lost many customers waiting behind us. Management, training, processes need to change. We have given enough opportunities but after this, we will not be back.

Severely short staffed, they can’t keep the store stocked with anything and don’t update the app when they run out. Whoever is managing this store should never manage anything again. Don’t come here just go to a different Dunkin. Not the workers fault they don’t give them any extra help.

24 minute wait in the drive thru for a small order. I drove away after they expected me to wait even longer once I got to the window. The location is poorly managed and the building is ran down. Go to Yum Yum up the street – 100x better!! Unlike Dunkin, their donuts are made on-site and they’re adequately staffed.

The person opening the coffee bag with his teeth had to tell someone that we were waiting for service and I asked if they had a certain item and a short woman came over and curtly said “NO” and walked away. A mop and bucket right at the counter, nothing in the racks…. never again!

The worst Dunkin I have ever been too. The service is the slowest. Waited in drive thru for 30mins. Been here a couple times and it is always the same issue. Next time I will drive 3 miles out of the way to go to Dunkin.
