When we pulled up to the window the lady didn’t even look at us or say anything just held out her hand for the money. Every time she gave me something I thanked her and she ignored me, then when we got the medium strawberry dragonfruit lemonade it was overflowing over the top and spilled all over the car then it proceeded to leak. Then we got two bagels extremely small i will add and the bacon egg and cheese bagel was moldy.I highly dislike the staff and service at this location. I will not be coming back to this location it is worth it to drive down 5 minutes to the other dunkin. We are extremely satisfied with every other dunkin we have ever been to.

Not happy. I specifically ordered almond milk in my latte. They charged me for the almond milk. The guy repeated it back to me. I get to the window and I watch the girl make it with regular milk. Then tries to hand it to me. I have a dairy sensitivity. I can not drink milk. If I wouldn’t have been watching, I would have drank it and got sick. These kids are too busy on their phones and not paying attention to the job. Then the girl had the balls to say she didn’t know. 1. The sticker tells you what is in the drink. 2. She had a head set on like the rest of them so she clearly heard me place my order. You are lucky I did not get sick of I would have came at dunkin. Allergies and sensitivities are no joke. They need to take their job more seriously. I don’t think I’ll be using this location again.

This is by far the best dunkin in the Quakertown/sellersville/perkasie area.
I get my wife’s Iced coffee, milk and 1 sugar, every few days and this one of the only dunkin that gets it correct everytime.
Any time of day I come through the staff is always friendly and positive.

We rarely eat out because we prefer eating healthy but needed to stop for something fast today. Saw a fly sitting on the donuts and informed them, but the two teens (not mentioning their names bc they’re children) didn’t make a big deal about it and left the donuts there. I did ask if there’s ever a manager there because of the issue, but I was told that the manager is there only in the mornings. A lady came in after us and purchased donuts, and they let her buy them, despite knowing what had happened. I did notice that they were leaving the drive-through window open the whole time we were there. I informed one customer about the fly being on the donuts, but the customer didn’t really care. The teen male didn’t take my complete order. I noticed when we sat down to eat. I went back to inform them. The male teen apologized, and I said it’s okay. (No big deal) The teens came towards me after I saw the female teen laughing and informed me that they contacted the manager, Menisha (I’m sure I didn’t spell that correctly) and told her that I was telling customers about the flies. I told only one. ♀️ I asked the teen girl if she had informed the manager about the flies because what’s being done there wasn’t right. The teen male suddenly had an attitude asking me what’s not being done, right? Otold him the flies, leaving their vomit on the donuts. I mentioned something like there was no need for an attitude because I wasn’t giving him an attitude. I told them I’m a respective, godly woman, and I understand that they were just teens and mentioned how I have different age range of children. He accused me of giving him an attitude when I went to inform them about my incomplete order, and I reminded him that I did mention that I wasn’t feeling well and did say that “it’s okay.” He simply said I didn’t hear you say that.” I said I was leaving, and he asked if I said I was calling the police, and I said no. I said I was leaving. I then said there was no reason for me to call the police. Waking to my vehicle, my young daughter said wow mom they were being so rude, and you were being so nice and respectful.” They shouldn’t have children working there alone. Will not be returning for sure!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DUNKIN!! It was slow, no line, I ordered ahead, and EVERYTHING I ordered was incorrect!! Ordered a Frozen French Vanilla and got an Iced, Ordered 2 Everything bagels TOASTED DARK with extra cream cheese and got 2 plain bagels UNTOASTED with VERY LITTLE cream cheese… Had a bother to look at my order before I drove away and all the way back home I would have taken it right back in and handed it back and demanded my money back but unfortunately I did not check my order and I had to deal because I did not have time to take it back as I was at work…. But you can believe that I will never go to this Dunkin again !! Especially not before work!!

I ordered a medium hot chai latte. Received a medium cold foul tasting liquid that reminded me of bath water. The staff took forever to serve, seemed “confused” when they were told another two drinks were needed still and my drink also came with no tag. Almost feels like your employe took a cup and filled it with dishwater. Highly recommend not going to this location which is off of 309 not worth your money or time.

There needs to be something done about the customer service here. The workers don’t feel like taking orders and when they begin taking it, it’s done with negative attitude. I came here about a week ago and also realized they begin closing and locking the doors around 5:30 PM even though they close at 6PM. I went there again today to give them the benefit of the doubt with their service and I was yet again disappointed. I won’t be returning here. Maybe the extra 5 minutes to the other Dunkin’ is more worth it.

Ordered a medium iced coffee. Paid for a medium iced coffee. Received a small iced coffee. When I asked if this was a medium the response I got was have a nice day.
UPDATE: I have received an email about my issue and was told they strive for customer satisfaction, but I have yet to receive anything to satisfy me. I was supposed to get a drink coupon and yet I still have to follow up. This location is extremely unsatisfactory and unprofessional.
