Drive through is closed. Trash barrels full of trash. Four people working. Two of the girls were laughing and joking about how they were going to make a latte while I waited for help. No one acknowledged me. There was only one other customer waiting for his drink. I left without purchasing anything.

The worst service ever. Wrong drinks, wrong change, drive thru took about 20 minutes to get through. By the time we got our espresso shots, they were room temperature. I’m sure the workers are nice people but what a terrible experience. Avoid this Dunkin Donuts.

I used to be an employee at this location, but quit last year. After visiting today, I’m glad I did because this place is so bad now. Waited 15 minutes to be cashed out while the window was open and multiple employees walked passed the window. A few even came up to the register and looked but didn’t acknowledge us. Employee didn’t seem to find our order at first. All the employees were laughing and joking about who’s going to cash out the customers. When we asked for straws they just stood there. Most unprofessional business right now. Don’t recommend as both a customer or employee.

This has to be one of, if not the worst DD I’ve ever been to! It’s sad that I can’t go to my local DD because the service is the worst ever! They have 10 people “working” at a time but no one can pour 2 hot coffees in 15 minutes? No because they’re too busy flirting and talking to each other! We weren’t the only people waiting forever for just coffee either! And other people came in and we’re waiting at the counter for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged!! Fire everyone and start over!!

Very friendly. Sometimes a little slow just depends on what time you get there. If you do arrive during a busy time check to see if your order is correct. Great coffee! Coming out with new sandwiches as well

The outside speaker is terrible. It has been for a while so hopefully that gets replaced soon. You really can’t hear what the employees are saying over it. With that being said the last couple of times I’ve been there – the employees have been so nice. I know they’re “just doing their jobs” but I don’t always feel people are friendly anymore and these guys just are. It’s a good group of employees there which has made me stop more often. Hopefully someone fixes the outside speaker soon. And I’ve never had a problem with my order here. It always comes out how I order it which is nice.
