I got food poisoning here. They barely give you napkins and then when you ask for some they stuff your face with them. They don’t even comfort your order and only try to go fast. I would normally go here for school to eat breakfast but not anymore. Not after I learned Dunkin was the reason I was getting these stomach cramps and diarrhoea, I got food poisoning by Dunkin. Do not recommend.

Went through the drive-thru to order to simple hot chocolate. What I got was a large cup filled halfway with hot water and whipped cream…absolutely ZERO hot chocolate. Maybe if the people working there would pay attention to the guests orders, the service would be much better. $3 for hot water!! Unreal.

I haven’t been to a dunkin in years, and this will be the last time I go. Service was fine, but the donuts are overpriced and so tiny. $15 for a dozen and they were smaller than the palm of my hand.

I was in a rush I was expecting to purchase two drinks and leave, I saw the line it was long, so I decided to walk in buys drinks and leave, but then I was furious, aggravated because I was standing at the order line for almost 12 minutes no employee helped me out I said you should also pay more attention to the customers inside as well instead of paying all the attention to the drive in. which to I was furious and then after that one of the employees said to the other employee “get him his drink so he can get out of here”, after all the bickering with that employee I finally got my drinks and left. Unbelievable service and Unbelievable Staff management. The staff had no sense of hygiene because all of them were in dirt clothing attire dirty hoodies/ shirts.

Refused us a refund cause both of the worker didnt know how (lies) we were an hour away from home . When we called back next day Josan said to drive back, 1 hour for a refund.
