Ordered a large mocha cold brew with cold foam. No mocha was in it and they used granulated sugar so it wasn’t dissolved at all. On top of it they weren’t even busy I was the only car in line and waited at least 5 minutes for the drink and that’s all I ordered.

this place is incredible. incredible in how every single time i go there there is always something wrong with over half of the order every single time. i would bet money on there being something wrong with every person’s order that goes here. amazing. we order online and there shouldnt be any excuse for why it is wrong. they get everything a customer wants printed on a slip right in front of them and its shocking how wrong they get our order sometimes.

I ordered a large frozen mocha coffee. They said I ordered a medium frozen caramel coffee even though I had someone else in my car that said no I didn’t order caramel. They made me pay for the drink I should have gotten to begin with. When they brought it out it looked and tasted like it had been sitting for a little while. I will never go back! $15 dollars wasted and the customer service was the worst!!

This Dunkin never has any Peanut Butter Cup Donuts. Went there 4 times in 2 weeks and asked for PBC donuts. Every time they were out. I live about 1/4 mile away and I’ll drive the extra 10 miles to got to a different one. It’s not even their fault. Obviously a manager can’t count or Corporate isnt ordering and keeping them with enough stock..

At drive thru, ordered 2 hot chai tea lattes, asked for “full” cups (normally are only 2/3 full) with no foam. Paid $8. Both were 2/3 full, foamy & lukewarm! So annoying! I wanted to turn around but hubby wouldn’t let me. Same thing every time at this Linden location–we return hoping it will get better but never does (and specifically requesting HOT, FULL, NO FOAM). Will never stop for chai tea there again! If you like lukewarm drinks, you’ll like it there.
