Their frozen coffee is fantastic every time I order! Delicious every time and very accurate. The price is worth every penny for the drink I got. I went through the drive thru and they were nice and friendly. It took a bit to get through the drive thru but like I said it’s worth the wait for a delicious coffee every time! The accessibility to get into the Dunkin in Brownstown is a bit difficult. You can only make right hand turns into and out of it. Discouraging when I’m coming home to Ephrata if I want to stop there.

customer service is terrible. Placed an online order and went in to pick it up and they forgot my donut so i let them know that I don’t have my donut they asked what donut i told them they gave it to me and i leave well when i was in the car the guy comes out to the car to the window and says i have the receipt luckly it’s free donut day because you didn’t order a donut and before i could say anything he walked away i checked back on my app to make sure i ordered one and yes i did. There was no reason for you to come out to the car and be loud and wrong

Terrible service. Waited forever and I ordered ahead in app 10 min earlier. No one was in front of me. Both girls looked at Me and didn’t acknowledge I was there for at least 5 minutes. Then their manager came out and they clearly knew manager would be pissed so they said “I’ll be right there” just to seem like they weren’t avoiding doing their job. Pathetic service. I would rather drive further to a different dunkin with that service.

I don’t go here very often, but there donuts and muffins are delicious! I think prices are competitive. I was the only person in line the last time I stopped by and still had to wait a few minutes for service. Also I ordered two muffins but was given a muffin and a donut.

i love dunkin so much but when i went with friends we stood there for a good 10 minutes before our order was taken. The employees were talking and yelling names at eachother, and saw us standing there but didn’t take our orders. Eventually, the guy came out from the back and took our order, which was fine. We just did not feel welcome at all, and as we were driving away, we saw at least 6 employees out back vaping when they could’ve been inside, taking our order while we were waiting. Customer service could have been better. There were so many workers in the kitchen, yet nobody could take our order while we were waiting or even give us a “welcome” and “we will be right with you.”

Went to the dunkin donuts #351517 in Ephrata PA and had such a disturbing experience we may never go back to dunkin again and we’re regulars!!! – the beyond sausage sandwich we purchased was inedible, we took pictures and are trying to figure out how to upload them as the sandwich looks like it fell on the floor. The beyond sausage patty was only a broken piece maybe 1/3 of the normal size of what we’ve gotten previously and it looked touched. We have gone to this drive through on several occasions and have over looked stale donuts, missing cream, different flavors then ordered etc. and once even a credit card we had to drive back for because it wasn’t returned… we tried to call at the store at the time of the credit card missing and the phone message bank was full so you can not call them or leave a message, we tried again today and it’s still the in the same state. this one franchise while RUIN the entire chain’s reputation. Please know we do not ever write these kind of letters …. we are pretty mellow people…. it was that bad!

I dont usually go out of my way to write a review, but its called dunkin donuts for a reason. All of your drinks are just milk and ice. Matcha latta? No its a cup of ice and slightly green milk. Iced coffee? Nope its just almost tan milk.

I dont usually rate chains, but I absolutely had to with this particular Dunkin Donuts. For me a great business includes consistent service and product. If I can give this location 6 stars, I would. Fast and friendly service 100% of the time; and my Latte’s always taste the same no matter who is making it. Oh, and my dog absolutely loves the staff. She gets greeted and a threat everytime we go through the drive-tru. Thanks for making our day, every day!
