Ordered through the app. The drive through line was to the road. I decided to go inside to pick up. Two other people were waiting inside already. None of us were not acknowledged by staff for quite some time. Once we were acknowledged I received my order immediately. My coffee cup was a drippy mess with a leaking lid and my food was lukewarm.
At least the order was accurate? Also, the young lady that finally did acknowledge those of us waiting inside was very nice.

Waited in the drive thru line for forever – two cars behind us ended up getting out of line and leaving because it took so long. We got a hot chocolate & 1 donut – the hot chocolate had not even been mixed properly – you could see the powder mix floating at the top of the drink. The donut was hard and looked like it had been sitting out for days. Go to Britton coffee instead for a much better experience

My mom came into this dunkin yesterday morning. Said she was ignored for 15-20m, the lobby had piled furniture in the middle and taped off (No one working on it), dirty and dusty atmosphere, and ALL she ordered was a dozen donuts. People in the back were pacing or on their phones, someone with red hair wasn’t being pleasant, one girl kept wiping up the same spot on the counter instead of helping, and another girl doing the job of three people. The only time she got service was when another worker Jake came in.

Everytime I come here for a doordash order, the employees are always on their phones or having conversations. Then I am standing there waiting between 5-15 mins for anyone to acknowledge me. I have to wait a total of 15-20 mins to get the order and then leave the store. I have customers often complain of missing items or items being made incorrectly. Currently been here 10 mins, and a girl was standing in the middle of the line on her phone, causing for people to walk around her… and then I find out through hearing them joke about and not telling me directly, that they had the order but gave it to the wrong person… The only saving grace was a gentleman who gave me the order and apologized and was very friendly to me.

Employee was sleeping on the couch in the dining area and then woke up just to nod back out multiple times. He was definitely on something. 2 employees actually working were extremely slow. I waited 15 mins for a small hot coffee and had to ask about it 3 times. Place was dirty on top of it all

Inconsistent latte. I usually have to order more flavor just to get a regular amount if any. I usually order numerous days in a row and I will receive a different tasting latte every single time. I used to work at this location, and I know the process, the amounts of syrup to add, and it is not hard to mess up. Maybe its a training issue? However the staff are very pleasant.

Place was being renovated definitely wasn’t cleaned. Work in the field. If the construction people werent gonna leave it clean. The staff should have. Boot prints in dust on table tops. Wild. They were out of everything. Employees focus was solely on drive through. Waited forever.

Every time I go, I give them a chance after a chance they can never make a coffee correctly. Always taste the same no matter what flavor I ask for. Did not even put creamer in my coffee. If you ask me, it’s just laziness.

I’d give zero stars if I could, on 12/01/24 I entered the store around 11:15 due to heavy drive tru traffic. I waited in line to get my order the poorly trained girls in front taking orders was taking forever cause they didn’t know where a drink was under a simple pos system that even customers can use, using the kiosk. I order the same signature latte as the gentleman in front of me through the kiosk and food, I received my latte and felt cold outside the cup I proceeded to take a sip and was welcomed with a foul, disgusting sour, asparagus taste from a caramel latte, what did they use dirty sink water for my drink with whip cream on top? Like come on. So I proceeded to get a refund where I was shorted 2$, I went back to the location to retrieve the rest of my refund, instead of the manager being sympathetic or having an empathy, I was greeted with a rude ignorant manager with tattoos id give a name but I don’t remember due to being so upset by being told to “never come back to this location”. So unless you like a poorly managed, unsympathetic, and unhealthy unprofessional Dunkin’ Donuts I wouldn’t recommend this location at all poor service over all. I’m not one to write reviews but when your this ignorant you deserve it.
