My food was burnt, dry, I asked for butter on the sandwich there wasn’t any, the loaded hash browns had the chipotle cheese sauce on them which was wrong and burnt to a crisp. I asked for the maple donut but was given a pumpkin donut. Horrible food and spent $15. I never get butter on my sandwich I ask every single time. They’ve given me the wrong hash browns twice now this month. I am a daily customer but this just sucks anymore.

The young guy with curly hair and a fade was opening a food pouch with his mouth with gloves on. Then stuck fingers in his mouth maybe licking the food off his glove and continued to make orders and drinks WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. too busy flirting with girls to pay attention I guess. Very gross to watch and will definitely not be coming back.

This is the 6th time in a row this Dunkin has messed up everything on my order besides hashbrowns. I got (and paid for) extra cheese on my sandwich, it wasn’t there and same with the last 5 times. Then I also ordered an iced coffee the same way I always do and no other Dunkin has a problem making it, But today it was horrible, either they gave me espresso by accident or something but I’ve eaten dirt that tastes better than this. Plus the one time I went to get my order fixed the manager or owner (idk who) just dismissed me. Other than that the employees are all very nice, just can’t believe how you can mess up a simple order 6 times in a row.

I ordered an extra large black coffee with sugar. Somebody decided to put cream in it too. Real nice whenever you’re lactose intolerant. Four dollars down the drain. Went back a week later. Same thing. Same people working. Management needs to step up and do their JOB!

Very busy like most Dunkin’s with the help spread thin. A little wait but the coffee and donut were very good. When waited on the service was professional and courteous. I’m not from the area but I would return.

The morning crew..they are amazing!! I will go out of my way to tip them. The girls in the morning, and the female owner are literally awesome. My coffee was only made wrong one time..and that was a combo of the app and myself not communicating correctly. They fixed it with no problem and no complaints. They’re always so kind and cheerful that early in the morning..and there is rarely a line at the drive-thru..if there is it moves rather quickly so it’s not a huge deal anyways. Moral of the story..the morning crew is elite. Best baristas. If you want good coffee go in the morning..I swear you won’t be disappointed.

Still amazing. Literally never disappointed leaving this Dunkin. Do yourself a favor and bypass Chambersburg and Carlisle Dunkin and hit Shippensburg. You wont regret it!! Also they are literally rarely out of items on the menu. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve never left a review before but the hot chocolate i got here was so bad I had to leave a review. Actually spit it back into my cup and ended up dumping the whole thing. Tasted like hot water with burnt coffee grounds in it. Super disappointing!

So for everyone having a bad day this should make it a little brighter in this world of meltdowns. I left home and went to Dunkin on Walnut Bottom Road for a Large Coffee and Donut. Only to find out at 6:00 am in the morning I had left my wallet on the counter at home 10 minutes away. They were so gracious to tell me not to pay, it was ok. I did go back and pay 20 minutes later, Grateful is a understatement. So next time you want to leave a bad review, think of the good and kindness of this owner. I was a no one / who they did not have to give this to. Kindness….. THANK YOU.
