Tickets aren’t read and asked by server if we ordered something that is clearly printed on the ticket that she knew she didn’t bring out.

Food is good because it’s chick fila. This location service and organization just sucks. Whoever is in charge needs some pointers from the surrounding locations on organization and service. West Columbia location – Amazing, Ballentine location – Amazing, Both Lexington locations – Great. Harbison – awful.

Slighted on the $70 chicken nugget tray pre-order for Christmas Eve. Mind you the tray was ordered 1 week in advance through the app and paid for. Received a call from the store that morning to ensure a medium tray was being prepared and that the order would be picked up. Had someone pick the tray up and the tray was only a small, was not ready on time, in fact the staff was totally confused. My guess is another customer got my tray. Filed a complaint with chick fil a online and corporate said they forwarded it to the store manager. NEVER heard from store manager, no apology, no accommodation, NOTHING! Columbiana mall location is not well managed or at least not that day. Disappointed in service! Staff seemed dazed, confused and unappreciative of customers keeping them employed by patronizing the business. Lesson learned, will not support that store. Quality customer service makes a business thrive so best of luck to you as you failed in that aspect of business.

It’s always a great visit at Chick Fil A but this one was top tier!
When I came in two corporate Chick Fil A men were heading out , and one opened the door for me . When I walked up , the cashier immediately said “Are you picking up or Placing an Order” , immediately ready to service me! She let me know she would take my order as soon as I was ready.
Dave placed my order. He was knowledgeable about the Tortilla Soup I asked about.
Food was DELICIOUS! I got the 12 ct nugget and decided to give to soup a try for the first time. Wonderful choice. Absolutely delicious! Just perfect. Love the hint of spice ! Just enough!
Lastly, Marie came around and made sure my meal was tasty and took my tray when I was done eating.
I was in the mall and almost went to the CFA there but opted out . Glad I did. I love this location.
Definitely enjoyed my lunch on my day off .

8/9/25 – The establishment I went to today on Harbison was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean. I tried their new chicken strips and they were delicious, crispy and tender. Everything is good with Chick-fil-A Sauce.

Absolutely ridiculous. I only came here because Chick-fil-A is usually fast with workers coming to your car taking orders. Not at this location. I pulled in and got stuck in the drive-thru for damn near 30 minutes just to order food.
No workers outside, no communication, nothing. Just a long line crawling forward. To make it worse, y’all had cones up so once you’re in, you’re trapped — couldn’t even leave if you wanted to. That’s shady. If I knew I was gonna be sitting there that long, I wouldn’t have come at all.
Every other Chick-fil-A manages to move people through quickly, so what’s the excuse here? Changing policies without warning and forcing customers to sit in line wasting time is not it. Complete waste of time and gas. Do better or at least be honest about the wait.

So I basically just left the harbison location in Irmo with my food. I paid full price obviously, and when I got home and opened my bag, my large fry was definitely missing fries. They definitely did not fill it all the way to the top. Which is very disappointing service from Chick-fil-A.. I Did not touch my fries on the way home.
