Honestly the donuts don’t taste like they did yrs ago!!! I got a box of 12 after work the other morning and got some old favorites well let me be the first woman to say the hype of Dunkin must be in the ☕️ coffee.. because it is NOT in there donuts. Very pricey for a box!!! And for being “fresh” they tasted like I was eating a piece of cardboard… I failed to get a drink but if I do that again on a whimn then I will definitely grab a drink to nourish the cardboard tasting donuts

Don’t ask for less ice. They just cheat you out your drink and give you less because it is “measured” which is understandable but still, other Dunkins we have been to still fill the cup all the way even if you ask for less ice. The drink at least tasted good though.

They took way longer than normal to get my order and the order for the person in front of me. Then had my entire order wrong. I was in the drive through for a good 20 minutes and it was just me and 1 other customer. My food was cold too.

The service is slow especially at the drive thru! They only take 1 or 2 orders at a time at the drive thru causing the line to be crazy long! We sat in line and did not move to order for 30 minutes! Then sat for another 15 minutes after ordering. Mean while the people going in are coming right back out with their orders. Why have a drive thru if your not worried about servicing those paying customers as you are the walk ins. Never had this problem months ago before getting new workers!

This place is a joke! Horrible customer service really rude for no reason. I always ordered an iced matcha latte with French vanilla swirl with extra matcha so it should be dark green and taste right, because that’s how I like my drink. I ordered my same drink and it was light green and tastes like watery milk. This is not there first time this place has done this it’s the 3rd time. And they refused to give me extra matcha. and they wanted to charge me 1 or one small scoop. That’s not extra matcha anyhow. The other Dunkin doesn’t charge. And it is way better.

I placed an order on the Dunkin app for a large signature caramel craze iced latte. My husband goes to pick it up, they inform him they don’t have ANY large cups. So, they are giving out medium with a “free” donut. But they are also outta most of their Donuts as well. He tired to order chocolate frosted with sprinkles, they are OUT. He asked for munchkins apparently they have none of those as well. This whole experience was horrible the manager came to the window she was rude & had a BAD attitude! I think she forgot she’s in customer service!!!
