Changing my review due an improvement this location has gone through. Every now & then some things are off such as yesterday I got an iced coffee versus today. Today was a lot better than yesterday. Hit or miss here lately.

I frequent this coffee shop often and this will be the last time!! Over the past few months I’ve been getting coffee that taste burnt or reheated from the day before (stale). This afternoon I stopped on my lunch break for a quick pick me up and got to the bottom of my cup and got a mouth full of coffee grounds, the picture doesn’t justify the amount that was in my coffee as I had to spit them out! I can deal with a floater or two but this was down right disgusting!!!!!! Turkey Hill .99 any size coffee (fresh) here I come!! I would give less than 1 star but had to put one star to post this

as I write this, I’m pulled over from the drive through line waiting for food. two other cars are behind me also waiting. this is by far the slowest service out of any Dunkin I’ve visited. so I get a 30 minute lunch break and spend all of it in a drive through…? I understand it’s a blessing just to have the convenience, but most of the time the drive through staff doesn’t even answer the speaker for 3 minutes… just to take an order. I’ll give the barista and cook credit because they make it right, but it’s way too long of a wait. go across the street to starbucks and pay a little extra to at least have your stuff in a timely manner.

I have never waited so long for food in my life. It has gone downhill since the new management and calls don’t get returned from number listed.
Management needs to step it up to make sure orders are consistent, correct and ensure quicker service. No reason I sit in a line of 4 cars for 24 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich.

We’ve been here 3 times since under new ownership and it’s been a terrible experience each time. 20+ minutes in the drive thru line, with only maybe 2-3 cars in front of you, food orders messed up, drinks aren’t mixed well/with what was asked for, etc. We’ve tried calling the number on the window, but never get a return call. Gave it the benefit of the doubt on separate occasions, hoping it was just an adjustment with new ownership, but we will not be going back.

They mess it up every single time . And when you tell them, they refuse to change it. I asked for liquid sugar at the speaker. Looked like regular sugar in my drink and I asked did you put liquid sugar says no and proceeded to put liquid sugar into a drink that already has regular sugar in it . I asked did you already put regular sugar, looks at me and lies and says no . Like if I can’t see it at the bottom. Save your time and go somewhere else it’s a waste of time and money .

Three times in a row I had issues at this same location. I always order ahead on the app. First time they give me someone else’s order. Second time they didn’t include the 50 munchkins in my order. Third and last time, I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, line didn’t move at all, until I got out of line went in and asked for my drink that had now been sitting for 20+ minutes. Never offered to remake the drink that had now been watered down, just added more whipped cream. I’m positive there wasn’t any espresso in my latte either. Never apologized or anything at any time. Sorry to say, I had no issues at all with the previous owners. Lines went fast, they always greeted you with a smile.
