Waited at the counter for 10 minutes before I just decided to use the kiosk. Meanwhile the cashier was making drive thru coffees less than 3 feet away from me. Get home with my food and ended up retoasting the bagels (assuming they were ever toasted in the first place). Will not be going back.

Normally, I’ll try to help with a review. If you don’t like your job get another one. No donuts , under staffed , disgruntled employee brings the entire culture and atmosphere down. Attention is needed from corporate. Location is perfect, but this store needs help. Glad the young man came in and remade my cappuccino over. He boosted it a star but was being brought down by his coworker.

We were the only ones in the restaurant and they were so slow, order is wrong, even though they had it in their hand. They were complaining about the customers and about working there, while the customers were right in front of the them. Highly recommend NOT going there. The owners should be ashamed of their employees.

The coffee was fine and the service was good. The temperature in this Dunkin was maybe 85 degrees or hotter. Unacceptable, how can your employees work in that heat? And the self service stations are miserable. You can’t order at the counter any longer. Removing all human connection from your stores is NOT what people want.

Friendly staff but they always get my order wrong. 4 times now. I get hot my daughter iced, any they almost always mess it up and give us 2 hot, 2 iced. They never stir the sugar and flavors
I have zero issues at the one over on 39 by giant, this location is closer but I guess I’ll drive the extra 5 min for now on.

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches through the drive-through and the cheese was not melted on either of them and they were both cold.
I went inside to address the problem and it was an issue. It took a while for someone to notice that I was standing there and when I told them about the problem, she said, what do you want me to do?(Rude employees)!!!
They did make me two new sandwiches, but you could tell it was a problem they had to do that.

Open until 10, I enter at 7:50 and the staff didn’t seem to want to help me. Telling me to order from the kiosk, but only having a poor selection of donuts left. She was too busy on her phone. Who manages these places?

Love it here. Alexandria Jordan Starliper is so good at her job and The matcha and Donuts are sooooo Good especially when it’s made by Alex. I think she deserves a raise! She’s the best employee to exist in my opinion.
