Updated: The dollar tacos deal got me coming in a couple times a month. Not sure if they still do it on Tuesdays. Today I got the Americano style taco. Best one I like is the pork carnitas. Chicken is usually too dry but this time on the salad it was really good. Steak is typically lacking in flavor. I appreciate the salsa bar to help spruce and spice things up.

Our daughter has a lot of allergies one being dairy and nuts. They were very knowledgeable about the menu and understanding. They explained what she could have and informed the cooks. It came out great!

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I found them on a list of places with birthday benefits. They give you $10.00 towards anything you could probably use to get a free meal. However I used it for the money off what I wanted and wound up paying less than half. The food is excellent. The service was fast and friendly.

One of my absolute favourites! My family has been coming to the NE Salem, OR location since they opened in the early 2000s, and they have maintained a stellar status for 25 years. The crew is ALWAYS courteous and fast, and the quality is top-tier. I moved out of Salem four years ago, and make a point to stop there any time I’m back. I often see the owner, and he always remembers me from back in the day, which is a really nice experience in the wonderful atmosphere I’ve come to expect. I honestly can’t recommend the Salem Baja Fresh enough.❤️

I have never been disappointed with a meal at Baja Fresh. I’m not expecting gourmet Mexican, but I am always pleased by the meal. The restaurant is always clean. The service is always top notch. And the salsa bar has a wide variety and is a delicious add on to the complimentary chips.
