It saddens me to write this, cause I have been going here for years and this is the first time ever I felt I needed to write a bad review. My wife was really in the mood for donuts so I headed to our store. Pull up and great the cashier kindly to be met with someone I could barely hear. I had to turn off my car just for a chance to make out what he was saying. Finally getting through my order I pull up to the window where I was behind the previous customers car. The cashier handed them a box of donuts before they pulled up to the second window and I the first, were I met the cashier. The mic was tilted behind his head, so that explained why I couldn’t hear him. But there was obviously my box of donuts behind him. Another worker came up and asked if that box was for the first order and he said “Yup” as he was fiddling on the computer in front of him, so she took it and a drink to the other window and handed them the box and drink. Now side note, jerk move on the customer infront of me, they knew they already got their food and took more without saying anything. But back to the cashier. I was there probably 3-4 mins while he just punched away on the computer doing who knows what because when he finally acknowledged me he shifted over to a smaller screen that had to have had my order on it cause without doing anything else he looked at the screen, said the price and took my card. Told me to pull up to the second window and I did. I sat and waited….and waited.. turned on my music and listened to a few full songs from start to finish before I said to myself “Why is it taking this long to give me a box?” The man was walking in the back doing something, wasn’t sure but after halfway through another song he once again acknowledged me. “Was there something else you needed?” he said. Yeah… my donuts? “Oh…” he looked around then came back to me “So there must have been a mistake on our end” By this point I didn’t really remember what donuts I had ordered and my wife wanted a specific kind which my first order had. I eventually remembered and he went to get them. I do not recommend going there after 9pm if this is the kind of workers they hire for the night shift.

This is my first time in this Dunkin Donnut in Hermitage PA. And I had the best Customer Service experience from a Crew member name’s Kyla. I am traveling and I asked her a recommendation about a drink . And she was so nice to me and recommended the Strawberry Banana Daydream Refresher which it was fantastic. I highly recommend it this excellent place.

I don’t understand some of the bad reviews about this place. I’m a local, go frequently to the point they basically know me and my order and have started remembering my man’s order too (always a french krolller and sometimes the berry refresher for him ). I’ve only had a drink made wrong once, was bitter like it had no sweetener added but it was fixed, the young man who made it looked new so I didn’t mind. Donuts are always good, but its not unusual to have a firm donut if its late in the day so if you want fresh you gotta get em in between the morning and like 6pm (yes yes I go this often).
As for the service, I give it a 4. Because, while the staff is friendly and always gets my order right, it can be a little slow. It depends on who’s working and how many people are working. If its the evening shift between 4 and 7 a drink can be slow to ready even if its not busy and the morning is pretty average to slow but again its busy in the AM so can’t really complain. And I can’t say much on atmosphere since I never dine in, so I give it a 4 given the general friendly environment.

I usually go here when I visit my bf, and every time there is always something that’s screwed up. I tend to stay silent most times because I don’t want the constant complaints to come across as me trying to get free stuff. But the last time I went (a few days ago), I got bagel minis, and as I took a bite I happened to see this brown stuff in it. I don’t know nor care what it is, but that’s absolutely disgusting. I emailed customer service, and the GM of this store Paige, wrote a half asses apology saying if I go back and show the email, she’ll refund me. I feel as a GM you should show a bit more concern considering there’s an unknown substance in the food you’re serving. I tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but my order is almost always screwed up when I go here. Whether the coffee tasting weird, getting the wrong items, or the food not being up to par. Looking at how I’m not the only one that has an issue with this location, they might wanna reconsider who runs it since they don’t do a good enough job as it is…

Went to get a few donuts. Watched a kid run between windows doing orders for ten minutes ( not wearing gloves to handle food) while female employee visited friends while half attempting to mop the dining area. She then comes into the food area, runs her hands through her hair putting it in a pony tail, then starts preparing orders without washing her hands. I left. I AM NOT EATING ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF THIS PLACE!

For me at this location my order is always correct, and the employees are nice enough. The problem I have is that the amount of frosting on the donuts is always minimal. They have it down to a science how little frosting they can put on before people ask for more or a refund. Usually the frosting is supposed to go down to the bake line in the middle, but this Dunkin only frosts the top third. It really throws off the balance of donut to frosting.

C’mon….I enjoy a coffee from here but each time we go I get the same coffee and it never tastes the same. I just don’t get it and now I understand I could just stop going there but I continue to go. If you’d just make the coffees like they should be each time, they would be so good!!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Meanwhile, there was a worker leaning against the counter with his arms crossed in plain view of the drive thru window. Ordered an oat milk latte and it was paler than I am (I’m Polish). I never order donuts anymore because they’re always rock hard. Do yourself a favor & drive the extra 6 minutes to the other Dunkin.
Edit: Other Dunkin location sucks too now. Take your money elsewhere.
