Most of our order was perfectly fine but the vanilla cream donut was absolutely disgusting. After already putting the delicious vanilla cream in it they decided to also fill it from the top with the worst tasting orange dyed frosting I have ever had the displeasure of ingesting. The customer service on the app was efficient and fixed the issue quickly.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a 12oz caramel macchiato with oat milk and two shots. The woman at the speaker grunted instead of speaking clearly—no clarification, no courtesy. When I got my drink, it tasted like it had four shots—bitter and burnt. The sandwich was barely warm, and the drink wasn’t hot either. Completely careless. My mom ordered a strawberry donut, and they gave her the wrong donut.
I’ll stick with National Grind—at least they know how to treat customers and make coffee.

Service is awful. Twice a week I get coffee, mobile order on my phone before showing up, go through the mobile line then sit for 10 plus minutes while people are being served and people coming through the actual line are being served and leaving. As I see my coffee sitting at the window. After 10 minutes of waiting the cold foam has now melted as well as my ice. Why have a mobile line if it takes more time than ordering there. This was the 6th time this has happened and I now refuse to go back. Pay 8.00 for a watered down melted coffee. No thank you. And the red headed employee who gave me attitude after I left the line and went in side to get it, I will be calling corporate.

Drive-thru staff are rude and unprofessional. I’ve had a few instances where the employees just weren’t friendly, but this one takes the cake. When I got to the window, I already had my Dunkin app up and ready since they were busy, so I didn’t really process what the employee had said the total was until after scanning. I didn’t expect it to be any different, and it was like 8 a.m. Then she told me I owed about $12 more than what had shown on the screen when I ordered at the box. When I questioned it, she got an attitude and said, “Well, I told you the total,” in a rude tone, blaming me for whoever took the order’s mistake. She shut the window, then came back, had me rescan, and practically shoved my drinks and food into my hand. This Dunkin used to be great when they first opened, but I’m not sure what has happened since. I try not to be a difficult customer because I’ve worked the same job for a different company and know how it is (hence why trying to be ready to scan so I can get out of their drive thru) , but like cmon man. Be so for real.

I was so excited when Dunkin arrived and I am still so happy to have one so close BUT… for starters I will say I go to Dunkin pretty frequently so I’ve given them lots of opportunity to get better but it just hasn’t. The drinks are never made right, sometimes having ingredients completely just not even put in. As well as them always being out of stuff. The one day I had coffee taste so bad that an employee asked to try it & when she did, she nearly gagged. The wait times are so unpredictable. Only having a few cars in front of me I never would have expected to wait over 20 minutes for one drink. The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of one is because the couple times I nicely complained they have always made it right, so I can respect that.

I placed a mobile order at my house at 12:17. Got in the drive thru at 12:24 passed 3 cars. I then saw those 3 get helped and then 3 more cars order and get their drink before me. I understand I won’t exactly be first but I waited almost 15 minutes and no one ever came to the second window. I then had to go inside to get my drink. It wasn’t even a rush either…

The last day of school and Grandkids deserve a dozen donuts for breakfast! Dunkin’ Donuts are great, but customer service is lacking! My friend and I walked in and waited 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged! We were the only people in line, and only one person was seated with his order, and there were 2 workers visible! I know a couple of great people who applied and were told they’d be called and made it sound like they’re hired! Nope! They get ghosted! 3 people told me this?? Donuts are worth the wait, and the attitude of selfishness and vanity

Overall, my first experience was pretty good. Food was tasty and so was the coffee but…I clearly stated I wanted a hot coffee and not iced and they still gave me iced. It’s very nice inside!

It was a busy morning. I understand that. We went in to order and waited. A woman behind the counter said I’ll be with you when I can. I asked about how long bc i saw they were busy and was trying to manage my time. She said she could wait on me but couldn’t get me my drink in 5 seconds with some attitude. I said i didn’t expect my drink in 5 seconds and asked if it would be ready in 10/15 mins. I knew there was a drive thru line. She was like well idk if it will be but maybe. Absolute worst customer service.
