Got a burger here, a little after 11. She was great, tried to upsell me a cookie. Ara dessert. French fries were hot and fresh burger was great. Excellent employee. You should take care of her and give her a raise. It’s people like her that make people go back to that store

This is one dirty Burger King, my frens. The construction around the area is not doing this area any favors, either.
The store’s only clean area was the walk-up counter, where it took some time to even get an order in. The floor is sticky and several tables have quetionable liquids that obviously been there for a bit that they found their ways to the floor. There is barely anyone eating at this location for a high peak time. Which is pretty telling about the service.
The food, thankfully, was at least fast and decent. But please, if you want something from this place, consider drive through. Or just skip it entirely, it’d be safer.

I purchased to breakfast croissant sandwiches 2 for $5. With tax is was $5.40 in total at 10:29 am on Thursday August 21, 2025 on 38th Wadsworth. The woman who served myself and significant other was Hispanic. The only reason why I mentioned it is that I am Black and my s.o. is half Spanish and Black. There was no smile or Thank-you or and other pleasantries. I smiled when I got my order as she passed me my Meal with a small cup of ice water and then I should have realized that All would not be Good. My significant other started to hand it to me so I could eat and yes I was going to drive and eat it quickly because I am Diabetic, Type 2. He then yelled out after one block away that it was “Cold”. When I touched it I immediately gave it back and concurred with him about the.cold temperature. You could feel the coldness immediately from the croissant. I was angry so I asked my S.O. to call the number. Apparently they don’t answer any phones. If you call their number it immediately hangs up. I decided to wait until I came from work in Denver. I did and talked to a Mr. Rodriguez, who didnt know how to return my Money and or offer me some Complimentary for my inconvenience. He finally figured it out but 40 cent of it fell on the ground at the window. Hence a panic button was push was pushed and three patrol cars came. The Police had to get my 40 cents. Thank you Officer. Bk left a Bad Taste in my Spirit. I actually felt that the HIspanic Woman gave me Cold Food on Purpose. I hate to think that but what reason did I deserve literally Cold Service with Cold Food. Maybe the Franchise Manager will reach out to me with an Apology. Ms Elaine

Never open at 8 o’clock in the morning on my way to work so I wouldn’t know what their atmosphere is like. We don’t know what their food taste like. I spoke to the manager and she said that they were running late because of traffic. I’m driving right now and there is literally nobody on the road good morning at 7:20 AM She said they wouldn’t be ready until 830 9 this is probably the 10th time that happened in two months have I been able to eat at this Burger King because they never open

Why is this location never Open on time in the mornings? Oh, that’s right…the Manager is there, but unprepared for paying customers to buy food, and she is inside drinking coffee and turning away Drive-thru Customers saying “the fryer is broken”. I guess this is exactly how you control business and profit, and bankrupt viable locations. Fire her! She’s incompetent and she is turning away money by manipulating store hours and store traffic flow!!!

Decided to dine in and when we were ready to order the girl didn’t greet us, she just stood there then walked away then another worker came up a minute later also just stood there until we asked if he’s ready to take our order. I ordered the Cotton candy cloud drink and the guy gave me the cup for it but when I asked him about the cold foam that is supposed to go on top of the drink he just looked at the menu and looked back at me and didn’t know what I was talking about. Another worker had to come and show him what cold foam was. Bad customer service and confused employees !!

This guy is disgraceful. worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. not a single person in the restaurant and he’s just the texting and murmuring cuss words Spanish. sat at the counter waiting for him to even acknowledge me for about 3 minutes. Pretty sure he’s the GM. Strongly avoid this place
