I always come to this Dunkin for my coffee and sandwiches, but I’m honestly done. They constantly mess up my order, and today was the last straw. I asked for a small coffee and they handed me a cup that was literally half empty. No explanation, no apology—just rude attitude on top of it.
If I’m paying full price, I expect a full cup and basic respect. This place seriously needs better customer service and people who actually care about doing their job.

I stopped at the Neshannock location in New Castle while traveling. I’ve been to many Dunkin locations and have to say the service here is one of the worst! When we first walked in, we noticed how nice of a location it is. We also noticed they have far more staff than most locations. You would think that would mean faster service, but it definitely didn’t. We ordered at the kiosk. One of the items we wanted wasn’t there, so we asked for it at the counter. There were 7 young people, not one greeted us. They were playing around, not focused at all. I’m all for enjoying your work day, but if you can’t talk AND work, then stick to what you’re being paid for. There were 2 people seated who already had their order, so we were the only people in the lobby waiting. Somehow, it still took almost 20 minutes before we received 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and a muffin. That was the slowest, unfriendliest service I’ve ever received at Dunkin. I’ve been at locations were there are only 3 employees, with a line in the drive-through and the lobby, and we received our order quicker. When we drive off, we realized our sandwiches both had a slice of cold cheese thrown on them. There shouldn’t be cold cheese on a toasted breakfast sandwich. Also, I was given the wrong flavor of muffin. This was definitely not a Chocolate Chip muffin. For there to be so many people taking their good ol’ time, yet they still couldn’t get the order right. These employees need to be trained or replaced. I would not recommend this location.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts on the planet. Been here a dozen times and my order has never been correct. You want the seasonal Brownie Batter Donuts? Good luck! They skimp on them and fill with their regular chocolate frosting I’m sure to save $0.04 per donut. Don’t waste your time going here.

Well what can I say about this Dunkin location?
I’ll begin with how I’m actually amazed with their ability to consistently make a different cup of coffee despite the order never changing. For context I have ordered the same exact hot and cold coffee both with the same amount of flavored sweetners and other add-ons hundreds of times and very rarely do they ever taste even remotely consistent.
I understand it’s a fast paced environment but for the love of God it cannot be that hard to read and count, beyond that I can’t see many other valuable traits one would need other than good customer service but that’s a given if you are working in food service.
I don’t blame the employees for the pathetic amount of pride they take in what they do but the management has to be where the problems start.
Typically in the evenings the entire staff seem to be children or at most 19 years old, not a single grown adult in sight. Now no competent manager would schedule an entire shift compromised of nothing but teens and expect a positive outcome.
Now with that being said I WILL continue to give this place my business only because it has become a game now where I essentially am playing Russian roulette with what I’m getting for a coffee. Proceed with caution ⚠️

Cold brew came half empty with no ice. The shaken espresso tasted like cigarette water, I order cold foam and when we got to the window she said we didn’t and that we “had to specify” how much more specific can I get than “can I have cold foam on that”. She would not add it on. This place gets worse by the day.

I’ve only been here a handful of times. Why? Because it’s so slow it isn’t worth it for me. There has been times I have ordered via mobile, drive there in 4 minutes, and then I’m waiting 30-40 minutes for a sandwich and cappuccino. I never say anything because I know eventually I have gotten what I needed but it’s annoying when I have extra time before my shift, I hope I can get some breakfast, only to be extra late to work when I’m the one standing there while people come and go. How can I support a business I can’t trust with my time?

If I would have taken photos of the countless of time they messed up orders such as this I would be able to fill a photo album. Its either black sourdough bread or stacked donuts in a bag that has their icing completely falling off and their stale. The majority of the time the drinks are absolutely disgusting. The burnt bread is what really did it for me. Is this what you want to serve to your customers?

Went in drive-thru. Not a long wait, was a Saturday afternoon, one car ahead of me. Employee was very nice, made eye contact. Left with my order. Ended up with either incorrect drink or their coffee was just burnt? Tasted horrible, definitely wasn’t butter pecan. Ended up throwing it out later when I had another time to stop driving. My food was good. I didn’t have time to return to get my drink fixed. But idk if i would recommend their coffee to anyone, at least not on a Saturday afternoon lol
