I have been to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts in my time. I enjoy the doughnuts. I enjoy their breakfast sandwiches. I enjoy all of their drinks but today I was very disappointed because I stopped in to this store. Because me and my wife were visiting her parents from out of town. And we usually stop at this one on the way home because it’s close. The atmosphere like always is a great spot.You know , it’s Dunkin when you walk in, the staff seemed friendly when taking my order, now comes the hard part for me to say that everything that I got in my bag was cold from the sandwiches which I am sure we’re using expired eggs and sausage because even my wife agreed with me that it tasted awful and we both agree that we won’t be back to this location.

Pricey as most coffee shops are. $5 for a small iced coffee, but the person who waited on me answered questions and made my coffee the way I wanted. The store was clean and nice. The parking was a bit tricky as it’s on the sides and back of the front door.

My favorite dunkin for many reasons. Staff is cool and it’s usually quick and if they make a mistake they admit and it and correct it! Love the shaken espresso!

I got a toasted croissant sausage n egg sandwich. It was so burned. I couldn’t eat it at all! The croissant was burnt… the sausage and egg were freezing cold! When you pay for something you should get what you ordered!

My boyfriend stopped by here at 3:30 on a Saturday to walk in on a road trip and there was literally only one other person in the drive-through. First they said they couldn’t take any orders besides online order or drive-thru and then the other girl said they could. Got simple drip coffee with cream and they put so much milk it was basically white, and when asked if they could add a little more coffee to balance it out they said they couldn’t, they were “too busy.”
I believe it’s the unfortunate yet common case of understaffed fast food joint — not necessarily the teenage employees’ fault but prepare to be drinking what tastes like straight-up milk!
I was however very happy to see they had drip decaf coffee ready to go, that’s pretty uncommon.

Mom and Son breakfast date! Irish cream iced latte for me and mocha iced macchiato for him and frosted strawberry donuts for both of us!! Fast friendly service!! We don’t care for the breakfast sandwiches but the coffee and donuts are really good!!

No matter what time of day it is, when I go to this location and order on the app they are out of the donuts that I order. The ‘Pittsburgh cream’ as they call it. No apologies, nothing. They usually just put the “wrong” one in my bag and play dumb and say they are out of them when I tell them it’s the wrong one.

Everytime I’ve gotten Advacado toast here they never toast the bread, and then spread the Advacado over the unloaded bread and then give it to me. Today I ordered toast with bacon and all I got was the toast.
