There is never any donuts I always go before work on Saturdays as a little treat for my self.This weekend I showed up at 8 only to see that there where no glazed or strawberry frosted. The most common donuts and they have non of them. This is unexceptionable on a Saturday at 8. I am refusing to go to this dunking again. Thank you for ruining the best part of my Saturdays.

First time coming in and last. Came in and order a pecan frozen coffee with whipped cream and topping, Maple bacon sandwich and hashbrowns. The manger named Angela made my drink. When I told her it was wrong she picked up with an attitude. Fixed it and put back on the counter still with an attitude. No eye contact or said a word. She went to make some more drinks. I was still waiting for my food when I seen Angela pick the inside of her ear with her nail and wipe on her shirt. Never washed her hands and then started cleaning the counter. I threw my drink in the trash. She needs to be retrained on customer service and cleanliness and bacteria. I will never be back to this location but will go to my home store

Got my daughter an Avocado and toast with bacon it was almost 5 dollars and was only 1 percent of toast and it was burnt to hell and back and she wasnt able to eat it so i gave her me bacon egg and cheese begal i got and the bacon was burnt so it had to be removed from the sandwich. The doughnut was good so she was able to eat that also got a frozen coffee so that wasn’t able to be burnt.. young man at the registrar was very polite

Why have a drive-through and expect your customers to know what to order if you don’t post the menu. When I questioned the girl about it, she started rattling off the menu really fast. When I said, I can’t comprehend that. I need to see a menu. Kayla’s response was oh my God. Nice Customer Service nice way to start the day. Never again
