The kids and I have eaten at least 500 egg And cheese Wake up wraps ever since they opened. They people who work there are always very kind and they rarely ever make any mistakes on the drive thru orders… there are very few places that get your order correct everytime. Go Dunkin!!! Plus they have the most adorable Xmas tree ornaments that they put out every year and they are super cute!!!

Manager won’t sell you what they have in the case. Asked for a dozen donuts and wanted 5 sugar and they wouldn’t sell them to me because they only had a dozen left. Not my problem. Well they lost a sale. Haha Congrats buddy. Running that place like a champ.

I never used to order from this store because everything was terrible. It underwent changes with new management and it got better for a while. But it’s back to feeling like everything is rushed. I ordered delivery through doordash and got no straw with my Frozen Dunkin’ Coffee, no fork for my Loaded Hash Browns (which were too peppery), and my Bottled Drink was missing completly from the order. I ordered the 10 ct MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats and it says assorted flavors. Ok that’s fine. It gave 4 or 5 different flavors and one of them was pumpkin. I don’t like pumpkin, but I figured my roommate does and if I got any I would give them to him. It came with 7 pumpkin and 3 regular glazed. If you’re going to make them assorted and not give us the option to choose, then actually make them assorted. I basically just paid for my roommate to have Donut holes. These places need to do better.

Love this Dunkin location. The second window for orders that take long at the drive through is something ALL Dunkin locations should do. It is a great idea for the people who are just there to grab a drink and don’t want to wait for someone to order 4 dozen donuts and 8 breakfast sandwiches via the drive through.
I use the drive through at this location almost every day before work and I have had no issues with the staff at all. Everyone is friendly and they move the drive through along quickly.

I ordered the sweet pepper bacon croissant sandwich and it came with half a piece of bacon on it. I usually get this sandwich and it has 4 half pieces. I tried to order a the new avocado one and tried to make a substitution and the girl was so rude I said nevermind I’ll get the pepper bacon croissant. I don’t know if this is just something to sabbatage the order or what but it’s really aggrevating and not what I expect when I come here.

Ok I got two sausage egg and cheese on bagels and they serve fake eggs and the bagel was hard as a rock! This place dirtier then the mon river it smells like Darrel dixions arm pits from the walking dead! The employees are meaner then a Republican at abortion clinic. This place gives me the creeps my egg sandwich was colder then a corpse in the morge. This place is ran backwards like Kriss cross pants. The management is so unprofessional like a triple A baseball team that sucks! I will never return here again please don’t waste your money here you will be disappointed. I just ordered two refresher drinks at the drive-thru – no flavor at all in either of them. I’m not sure if they didn’t use lemonade, but that’s at least the third time that’s happened. They need to do better for the price of these drinks. I’ll drive further and pay the extra money to go to Starbucks next time.
