I always come to the double D. They always make my coffee right decaf with almond milk and butter Pecan swirl I absolutely love the butter pecan. It is so good and I like to loaded hashbrowns. I wish that they would put more cheese on it. Stop skipping the cheese queso.. they also need to come back out with the Apple Crumb doughnut, and I wish they would put enough filling in the donuts that would great

This was terrible. I spent 10.45 on this old dried bagel with dry bacon. eggs looked terrible and hash browns were soggy!! So disgusted I’m over Dunkin. Oh I was on my way to appt so couldn’t go back for a refund!!

I will NEVER order from here again. I ordered an iced frozen coffee with mocha online. Go into the store, didn’t see my order so I go to the register. I was completely ignored by two employees, one of which was drinking at the register while talking to the other and then finally someone else assisted me. Get my drink and it was HORRIBLE. It was more chocolate syrup than coffee. Disgusting I couldn’t even finish it. I’d rather spend my kidney at Starbucks than come back here.

I ordered and paid for a sandwich on an everything bagel (there was 1 left in the bin behind the register). I waited at the end of the counter for my order, when the employee there said they were out of everything bagels. Both the employee working the register and I pointed out that there was one in the bin. The employee making the sandwiches looked at me completely seriously and told me that was their “display” bagel and they were out. Then asked me if I’d like another option…… where is the critical thinking? Where is the manager? I was so caught off guard by this, that I ordered a different bagel but I did seriously consider just asking for a refund.
