I put an order for drinks in the app and selected to pick up in the drive thru. I have a kind of pain in the butt iced latte order and they forget the cold foam more often than not but in
addition to that they gave me some weird berry drink, maybe??, instead of normal iced tea. A rather gross surprise when not expected. The other thing thats probably just a me thing is that the employee handing you the drinks puts her entire palm on the lid as she hands it out the window. I get a lid that doesnt need a straw and for some reason, again probably a weird me quirk, that grosses me out. Overall, they are normally very nice but its a bit annoying when I still have to walk in to get the correct order. I’ll stuck to the West Liberty Ave location when possible.

It’s been about 2 months since I went here last. My order was completely wrong last time by the magnitude of not even close where I got a donut instead of my breakfast sandwich.
Went back 2 days ago – I was the only one in line in drive through when I got handed a single donut and told to enjoy my day…. I ordered 2 coffees, 2 breakfast bagels and a wake up wrap. I handed it back and received a single coffee with the assurance I would get my other 3 coffees…… after about 5 minutes I got my real order.
The people working the window just don’t pay attention at all, this place is a joke. I see no point in wasting my time and money here again. Spent 25$ for some shitty breakfast food and half warm coffee.

Overrated products. Both the Boston Cream and jellied filled are like maybe only 25% filled, the rest is just donut dough. All of their donuts are just shipped in frozen and thawed out. They are so tasteless.

Waste of my time and money. Please don’t say that you have donuts and you don’t have donuts. It is your job to check the inventory and make more donuts if a customer requests it. I am never going to Dunkin’ Donuts again. I am deleting this app. You wasted my time and my money and it was just a big inconvenience. Maybe a year or two ago, I would’ve given this location 5 stars for everything, but no joke, I’ve had issues with at least something if not my entire order every single visit at this location. It’s always the same two three workers that are causing the issues, and it reflects on their organization.

Sitting here now. Bacon egg bagel is like 3 months old and stale plus burnt. Hash browns are mushy. Tables are dirty. And they “don’t have salt, just pepper”. Latte is ok. *edited to add, it cost $13+ and I threw half the sandwich and all the hashbrowns out.

Absolutely awful! Waited 25 minutes in line just for a coffee. When I pull up to the window, the worker asks if I’ve been waited on yet. I reply no I haven’t gotten my coffee yet then he asks what kind of coffee I got. I told him the new donut frosted signature latte. I get an iced coffee with no flavoring, no sugar and a whole espresso bean found in my coffee.
